Absolutely love this place, I’m visiting from Arizona and their customer service is 10/10 they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and their coffee and redbull drinks are so yummy, they are so sweet and nice compared to other places around here definitely recommend if your in need of some coffee they also have teas for the tea drinkers out there.

Marylou’s is a total joke. The drinks are just straight sugar with barely any coffee, and they’re never made the same way twice. It’s like no one knows what they’re doing. The food is disgusting. Everything’s frozen, and I’ve literally been handed a pastry that was still cold in the middle after asking for it to be heated. Nothing is fresh, nothing tastes good. To top it off, the place is dirty. I’ve seen mice, and once you see that, you really can’t unsee it. “New” management is a joke and the way they treat their employees is just as trash as the coffee. Save your money, save your stomach and save your time. Marylou’s just isn’t worth it.

If ur lactose intolerant please do not go here the service. The atmosphere is great, but I have a very sensitive stomach and the last time I got a cookie crumble shake I was running to the bathroom really bad it wasn’t good so just watch out for that or let them know your lactose intolerant, and figure out what their ingredients are

Great place especially when my favorite young ladies are working. Mel and Ana treat me as if I were their own mother. I am greeted eveyday Mon-Thurs 5:45AM with a beautiful smile They have such a williness to make sure my coffee is right and my day is great. I try to think of them every holiday I can. They make my day better and I hope to do the same for them. You get back what you give. Thank you Mel and Ana! I wish the very best for you both. <3

If you have half a brain please do not come here’s first off the service is horrible. Let me tell your the girl “Mel” has a horrible attitude. I don’t know what her problem is but everytime I come in. Seeing her Fiona like face makes my day worse. I’ve never seen someone so miserable. I understand your day may not be the best but please everyone doesn’t have to feel the same way as you. And the coffee she makes is just vile. Way too much mocha. I didn’t order a chocolate milk…. AND why am I getting served hot coffee when I asked for an iced coffee… now I’m drinking hot watered down “iced coffee” no thanks. Go to starbucks!

Someones friend or someone who works there came in and was chatting with people. I waited for about 10min before someone finally was able to help me. The menu is not very readable and hard to make out what flavors go with what. The people managing the counter did not give any examples of new things or how they could help the customer decide what to get

I don't pick favorites.. but if I did this would be it! They make the best rasp mocha blast, keep the new vanilla berry Redbull in stock, cook the bf's stuffed waffles perfectly & have all sorts of the newest ML's swag in stock. The best part about this store is the crew, I'm always ordering a weird, long order & they always have a great sense of humor here! Lottery & smokes too!! Thanks 💕

The girls are so nice but there's always something missing in my coffee. Usually it's espresso and they still charge me. 5 years coffee management I just know what the drinks supposed to taste like. Usually I try to stick to east weymouth unless I'm in a hurry. Definitely great service, just mediocre coffee at this one. No love I suppose.

Girls working were pretty rude and not accommodating. All the other Mary Lou’s will help with questions you have or offer recommendations but this one will just tell you “ we can’t make that” or “we can’t do that” but won’t offer any suggestions. “Coffee” was mediocre and their bad attitudes were reflected in the poorly made drinks. The other Mary Lou’s go above and beyond for their guests but not this one. Highly recommend driving a little further to go to any other location.
