Had a couscous bowl with beef tagine & mixed beans, upon recommendation of the owner (I believe) - who was very nice. We enjoyed the bowl a lot, especially the mixed beans - we went back and had a chat with him on how the mixed beans were made

The food was tasty and fresh. Service was good. I wasn’t a fan of the beet salad (I was hoping for a mix of veggies), but I’m sure others will like it.

This place is fantastic! Their bowls are very good and come with all kinds of options. I recommend the Moroccan couscous with the falafel. The person working recommended a mix of two daisies for it that was amazing!

Go for: The best food in the Boston Public Market, hands down.Avoid if: You didn't bring your appetite.Something surprising: One order was honestly enough for two meals/people - a great value.Reservation needed? No, counter service only.Overall . Absolutely delicious North African fusion cuisine. It's fast and hits the mark every time. If you've never had this type of food before, try it. North African and Middle Eastern food is truly the best in the world. The only recommended improvement is having a couple additional sides or entrees to choose from, but it's hard to keep inventory in such a small space. The chickpeas are good but they're just too filling - it'd be great to halve the portion of chickpeas and introduce another small side to complement them.Value for Price: 5Sanitation: 5Food Quality: 4Menu Precision: 4Service Quality: 4Timing: 5Decor: 3Access: 4—5 among the best4 strong3 not too bad2 mediocre1 never again

Okay. So WHY are more people not talking about this place? Tucked away in Haymarket, I walked by and smelled some aromatic aromas that nearly made me abandon my errand. I did not forget, though. Later in the day I returned and... well that was the best decision I made that day. I don't think I can describe the combination of flavors in a way that would be deserving of how delicious this meal was. I got the "king" combo with spicy sauce. Just do yourself and favor and go get it for yourself.
