Sarcastic Swine BBQ & Restaurant

Absolutely love the Mac and cheese, just isn’t consistent sometimes it’s dry. We come here a lot and I have to say I’m disappointed that every single time we ask for “The Cuban” off the menu we are told that they ran out of it. It’s happened 4 times in a row now! And I will say the Tipsy Pig is offensively small it’s similar in size to a McDonald’s mcchicken, and the phat boi bowls are smaller than what you’d expect for the price. Food is good though

It was my first time picking up food there, and what really stood out to me was how patient the blonde girl at the front (with her hair pulled back in a middle part) was with a customer who had never been there before. She took her time walking him through the menu and explained each item in detail.

This BBQ was the best BBQ I've ever had, hands down. I don't eat meat on a bone, haven't since I was pregnant, but those ribs? I couldn't resist. The pulled pork was so soft and juicy. The pulled chicken? Chefs kiss. I drove an hour to get here and I'll happily do it again

Stopped on the way to the Cape from Boston. Sarcastic Swine had been on my to go list for a while and it did not disappoint. Got the brisket plater and added wings. DELICIOUS. The mac and cheese and mash potatoes sides were great too. Homemade sauces were need to make another trip back as there is more of the menu to try.

Reviews were bad so I came back here.. brisket or pulled pork?

Ordered from grub hub “platter” of brisket/mac n cheese and slaw- no cornbread no honey butter no sauce for the meat! Even though it included all this in my order! - Mac n cheese was dry- I only ate the meat off the “platter” $30 for a very small portion of food!

The brisket which is what I really rate an American BBQ place on was very tough and dry. Horrible. I found the brisket offensively bad. The ribs were ok. Not the most tender I’ve had , but tender none the less. The wings had a nice crispy to the skin and were good. The pulled meats were not pulled very well so often had larger chunks. Some of the pull pork was good and tender but some was not. Costco rotisserie chicken I had recently was much more tender. The chicken here is tough and dry. All the sides are good, the Mac and cheese is very good. The sauces are the star of the show here, many choices, I tried 5 or so and all were good. I will say the hot sauces are not spicy, but the next level up is too spicy, they have not achieved balance with the spicy level here. Over all I would not come back, but if I did I would avoid the brisket and pulled chicken completely. The greatest weakness of this BBQ place is the meat, which is sad for a BBQ place. My favorite thing here was the Mac n cheese and corn bread.

Really big portions and the meats are way better than the norm for a BBQ joint.

I was really looking forward to treating myself and my friend bill to a nice barbecue lunch. Bill had the mac and cow and was very pleased.

My experience was less than Savory the pork belly was dry and fatty at the same time there was nothing on the sandwich apart from the meat, I feel the price was way exorbitant for the lousy sandwich I will not be ordering that in the future Wicked BUMAH !

Best BBQ food around! I've been to many BBQ places from coast to coast & this tops them all. Brisket & pulled pork were amazing & portions were falling out the side of the sandwich . My kid loved everything & raved about the fries. Also the young lady taking orders up front was very kind.☘☘☘

An excellent experience. We've done this before for birthdays.we got the merchandise + wings + burned ends...plenty for 6. The girl on the phone that took our order was so professional. And promised me it would be ready at noon. Walked in and it was ready and the two girls couldn't have been any nicer. And of course the food was delicious as usual😊

An incredible hole in the wall

One of the best Barbecue places I have ever been to, and I love Barbecue. Food was AMAZING.

Great little place to order at the counter and either take out or at some of the tables. We stopped in between soccer games and it was perfect.
