Someone I know was here at this Starbucks while shopping in Target and ordered a strawberry refresher with no strawberries in it. They ended up receiving a refreshing WITH berries in it that were MOLDY. They then went back to complain and ask for a new one and were refused. Not good customer service or product at all. Figure your products and staff first before serving customers. Very disappointed.

The staff here is so nice and friendly! They'll answer any question you have and they make the best drinks ! The girl with the pretty nails and braids is so nice! She makes my young daughter feel comfortable enough to order all by herself.Parking: Plenty of parking - (inside of a target)

Excellent customer service from the barista, the one with the pink hair. She was the only one working and it was super busy and she kept a positive attitude and kept the line moving quickly. To top it, I got the best coffee I've ever had too! Felt bad she couldn't accept my tip because she definitely deserved it! If she can't take tips, she needs a raise!

Do not go to this place. Customer service is poor. I ordered 4 iced expresso shots coffee. One of the counter lady made one coffee and the other three she made strawberry lemonade drinks. She told me they ran out of coffee. Also I had to wait almost half an hour for all the drinks. She didn’t want to refund the money when I asked her. Very poor customer service.

Not my favorite. I was looking forward to a frozen strawberry lemonade. The first one had no taste just ice. They offered to make another one and that was not frozen at all. Just syrup, strawberries and water.

Gave it a second chance and it was even worst then the first time . Got an strawberry lemonade acia refresher it was all water except for the 2 freeze dried strawberries floating around it was insane how this was just water I watched them make it the lemonade was clear whatever else they added to it was clear and then ice and 2 freeze fried strawberry pieces didn't even have a surge water taste it was really bad I won't bother ever going back .

Worst customer service experience! I went to a large iced coffee with skim milk which I was told it was unavailable. I asked for the other available substitute options for dairy, this barista with short hair and red highlights had scoffed, rolled her eyes at at me and pointed at the sign above her rather than communicating with the customer! Mind you, my order had also taken over 15 minutes because the barista was terribly slow despite me being the only customer there. My order ended up being completely wrong to make things worst. I take a sip of my coffee and not to my surprise this irresponsible barista had given my dairy. I have a terrible lactose allergy and became terribly sick from the drink. Never coming to this Starbucks ever again! Better off driving 10 minutes to another one with better service
