Don’t be fooled by sincere friendly service by staff unless you intend to tip 30%, regardless of the service you receive. The Cellar rewards those who do with a dinging of a bell!! If you do, you’re more apt to receive better service.
As to food, consider it as something to munch on. You will not get a ‘proper meal’, but what is comparable to a 12” frozen pizza, a burger, wings, fries….quick mediocre bar food.
