Got to the soda machine both were dirty, poured my drink and it was extremely flat. Then when i sat down and unwrapped my burger the bun was soaking wet. I took a small bit anyway and it tasted disgusting, like something was wrong with them meat. First and only time I’ve thrown away an entire meal and left please do not go here

It seems like they never have lettuce, and even less tomatoes. This is the second time we’ve ordered from this location, and everything was terrible. They only put one small strip of lettuce, the fries taste like they were fried in old oil, and the sandwich never comes as we ordered. Today I ordered a Baconator with extra lettuce and tomato, and it didn’t come with any. Terrible service — last time we went through the drive-thru, the staff were arguing and we could hear them from the window. I’ll never come back, and I recommend that no one eats at this place. A terrible place to spend your money. Disgusting!

I can’t say enough good things about the employees that work at this Wendy’s. I often order via mobile pick up when I’m at work and by the time I get there, everything is always waiting for me and everyone is super nice and friendly.

I was happy with this service until I went up and asked for a packet of sour cream. I said, excuse me and a gentleman looked at me who was shuffle in the fries get around talking to a girl, and he saw me and told her he saw me and she just shook her head and laughed and walked away. I stood there for another 45 seconds and walked around the corner and looked over as the manager was speaking to a customer in the drive-through and the girl who decided to ignore me when her coworker told her about me is waiting there to give the bag of food to the customer, but the manager is in the way. So I said excuse me, she ignored me again. If you go to work in the customer service field if you don’t enjoy your job if you don’t wanna make every customer happy don’t work in this field. I did my entire life as much as I didn’t wanna work or help people. I still did it. Maybe it’s time to retrain your staff there on customer service etiquette. Besides that the food was great.
