I can’t say enough good things about the employees that work at this Wendy’s. I often order via mobile pick up when I’m at work and by the time I get there, everything is always waiting for me and everyone is super nice and friendly.

I was happy with this service until I went up and asked for a packet of sour cream. I said, excuse me and a gentleman looked at me who was shuffle in the fries get around talking to a girl, and he saw me and told her he saw me and she just shook her head and laughed and walked away. I stood there for another 45 seconds and walked around the corner and looked over as the manager was speaking to a customer in the drive-through and the girl who decided to ignore me when her coworker told her about me is waiting there to give the bag of food to the customer, but the manager is in the way. So I said excuse me, she ignored me again. If you go to work in the customer service field if you don’t enjoy your job if you don’t wanna make every customer happy don’t work in this field. I did my entire life as much as I didn’t wanna work or help people. I still did it. Maybe it’s time to retrain your staff there on customer service etiquette. Besides that the food was great.

3 times my Uber Eats order has been stolen from this same restaurant, this place is awful, I’ve never had a bad experience with anywhere else in the area. SAD!!

Wendys has been a tough place for some time. They are very inconsistent so leaving a review is difficult. The inside of the store is sometimes closed due to being short staffed, other times I wish it were closed as the staff is just totally discombobulated. Sometimes its clean inside, other times its a mess. The food seems to be the only thing that is good, as long as its made correctly.
Wendys is honestly the last place I will go, only in a pinch because of the inconsistency which stinks because I do like their food better than any other fast food place in the area. If they could just get their staffing under control, they would be #1!

No Drinks! How are you gonna open with no drinks. On top of all the we have the lunch menu up...it breakfast time. We have no idea what to order. Then after 10 mins we are handed a paper menu... so we tryied the touch screen. Paid for our meals and drink come to find out all the the machines are out of drinks. Said we could wait while the truck gets unloaded ....i ask how long was was told an HOUR. An Hour For a basic coke that i already paid for. I didnt bother asking for a refund or anything but I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE DO NOT COME HERE.

The Young Black Man who took my order was very polite and kind.
Food was nice and hot. It came in a very timely manner.
I order a Bacon Double Stack and a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Yum.

Place def needs new management. Doors to dining room constantly locked, I mean at like 4 or 5 o'clock. Took me 36 minutes on Sunday night in drivethru. 5 cars back. I read the owner saying "we're sorry", " we do better" but nothing changes.
