Avoid place at all cost. a drink cost upwards of 7 dollars, save your money and go somewhere else. Got a matcha latte and has chunks of matcha in it and wasn’t fully blended in the drink. Also very watered down. They charge extra for iced drinks which make ZERO sense because you are literally getting less product. Very disappointed especially because the environment looked very promising.
Coffee I’ve had at The Acton Coffee house has been very good. I had a cortado last time and it was delicious. Staff is courteous and responsive. They don’t have a huge selection of things to eat but what I’ve had has been of good quality.
Fun place to sit outdoors with your coffee on a nice day
Good coffee. Sometimes it is inconsistent, like the latte will come with colder milk than usual. But 95% of the time it is the best coffee out there.
Best spot in Acton for cold brew, relaxing to do some work, and a great staff
Making espresso here is serious business - it's delicious. The pastries and other baked goods are great, including real flaky crust/multi-layered-inside croissants.

Gave service a 3 because you walk up, order and wait. No table service. Not a bad thing.
The Apple Muffin I had was GIGANTIC. Sustained me for most of the day!
Coffee was delicious, and they're set up for Al Fresco noshing & sipping. Great on a beautiful early autumn day.

I have tried two things here, the blended coffee and chai latte. The coffee was very good and i go back just for that. The chai was horrible (very sweet, not enough spices) so i never ordered it again.

I stopped in here for the very first time late this afternoon (about an hour or maybe 90 minutes before closing time) The employee ringing me up was very kind! I got to enjoy an iced matcha latte in a really cool, tall glass! They have a lot of loose-leaf tea available as well, and he pointed out to me that any of them can also be made iced. I never felt rushed to leave and the atmosphere inside was very clean and cozy. I would love to come back and enjoy another afternoon of tea and cookies and reading a book, or maybe a morning and finding some nice pastry to try! Thanks so much for being such a nice place to visit. Places like Acton Coffee House are exactly why I love to support local businesses when I can!
Dietary restrictions: I was able to get oat milk for my matcha latte and I really appreciate that!
Parking: I found a lot, kind of hidden from the street, that goes down a slope, next to the brewery. It goes underneath the building too! There's also street parking but that looks like it gets filled up quickly.

Cute little coffee shop, very clean and chill vibes. Really great coffee and the barista took the time to check on if their menu items contained my food allergies. I was very appreciative. Highly recommend.

When I worked here, I injured my ankle outside of work, and I couldn't even stand up for several days. During this period, the owner reached out to me multiple times to urge me to come back to work as soon as possible, but he never once expressed any sort of concern for my well-being. I ended up going back to work earlier than I should have, and I worked for several days while still injured, only to be fired anyway! The owner was mad at me over a separate dispute.
I had mentioned to the manager that one of my coworkers was being asked to do an potentially unhealthy amount of work and the manager agreed with me. I told the manager that I could be available to cover some of my coworker's shifts if they couldn't handle it.
The owner heard what I said to the manager, and took this as a huge insult. He reached out to tell me that it was "very inappropriate" for me to raise concerns about other employees like this, and it was "not my job to be the moral arbiter". He said this to me... because I offered to help?
I told him that I didn't feel like he respected me or any of his employees, and he responded by immediately firing me unceremoniously over text message without even addressing what I said.
This place was perpetually understaffed while I worked here, and the owner does the bare minimum for his employees. He's not even in the work group chat because he doesn't want to hear anyone's problems.
