Consider how it makes guests feel when you have huge (edit: 8*11 seemingly, with large red font to fill paper) signs and negative requests all around...Edit: on last point, for example, I have seen signs, usually with humor, wooden perhaps, hanging on wall informing about the desire for rules regarding table time limits or cell phone... I find those places more agreeable.I appreciate that you took the time to respond, I do hope you sincerely realize there are observations that are valid here, nothing was made up. I have no simple other recourse as a consumer than to share to others, in order either to support other locations that "do better" or perhaps causing some introspection, which if it improves the establishment, benefits us all...

I love coming here to have iced tea and their pecan sticky buns. The employees are always super friendly, and the ambience is great! Highly recommend coming here if you want a place to relax or just to go in to get a quick snack and go out!

I was having a plain hot drip coffee with my partner- a regular customer-and we were sitting down in-house. I like the house roast (medium) and he likes dark roast. They gave us both the dregs from their respective pots, short cupped us both instead of being upfront about a potential wait time and offering us the first cups of the new batches. ...or free refills... or a discount anything that would compensate for the short straw we picked. We were there to work on a Sunday and we paid full price for our refills. It was disappointing.

I am a local Concord resident and Realtor and the Acton Coffee house in the heart of the West Acton Village is an awesome spot for a business meeting. There is plenty of seating inside and in the warm months you can enjoy outdoor seating or take a walk to the newly renovated park across the street. Such a gem to have this coffee shop in our area.

I am obsessed. ACH is seriously the best coffee in the area. If you like espresso drinks this is your place. They make the creamiest latte you'll ever have that is not too sweet but yet flavorful. My go to is the ginger snap latte. It's is so addictive and the best I've ever had. Can't recommend ACH enough!
The menu looked good, the prices were on par with other popular coffee shops, and the seating was comfortable. I got your basic latte and it was fine. If I lived in the area this would be my regular coffee hangout.

Love the ambiance and the most friendly batistas ever. Coffee is good but I am a huge fan of their morning muffin. Oyher baked itema are good too. It's a small neighborhood and you'll come across many regulars here. Really like to hangout here whenever I am in the area.

Fantastic coffee shop in Acton! Cool and calming interior, enticing baked goods (though I didn't get any), and the coffee was done very well. My iced coffee had something close to a smoked flavor without being burnt or overbearing.
