I have been coming here for breakfast for the last 33 years. This place has always been a top notch, go to, best place to have breakfast. I was sorely disappointed when Bickford's closed their doors.However, time goes on, and things change. I decided to come and give the new "guys" a chance.Well, I can assure you that the tradition carries on! I brought my daughter and grandson. We all had a fine, outstanding breakfast.My daughter had their Irish Benny, which was cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were just big enough that she could not eat it all. But, don't worry, that's why I was there. No food went to waste... ???My grandson had their kid's breakfast special, which was pretty darn hardy for a kids meal! It came with 2 eggs over medium, home fries, two pieces of bacon, and two slices of toast. Lil dude tore it up, but still asked for a box to bring the left overs home in.I had their signature " As Good As It Gets " breakfast! This thing seemed like a challenge to my manhood from the time that I read it. This breakfast comes with two eggs cooked to order. I had them cooked over medium, which were perfect. (The whites were cooked through and the yoke was still runny in the middle, but with the edges just starting to set up! Egg perfection.) The plate also included 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausage links, a slice of ham, 2 slices of toast, and 2 buttermilk pancakes!Needless to say, I went full on fat boy and finished everything!???This place ain't Beckford's, but it is solid. Me and my family will be back. I hope that you join us.

In all the places we looked for we ended up finding as good as it gets Café on the way home from an appointment. Thought we would try it, and it ended up being the best choice with amazing service and awesome food and fun tunes in the background. Even if you need something cooked a special way they have no trouble with that and it comes back exactly the way you asked for it. We will definitely go back there again.

Tried it, served its purpose. My mother and I went on an adventure to try something new and honestly it was mediocre, definitely not as good as it gets. I will say though they had a lot of options but biting into a premature avocado wasn't very tasty. Also, my mom and I had the intention to chat a while so usually we pick a diner or Cafe to avoid the feeling of being rushed out, but here our waitress kept coming over to check our plates even after we had already paid and tipped her... don't know what that was about. We thought it may be close to them trying to close but as we stood up to leave they had just seated more people 15 mins before "close".

Love this place!! You can get whatever you want breakfast and/or lunch!! I get something new every time I visit. I've brought others who were as pleased as I was. The staff is great. Very friendly atmosphere! See you there ?

Brought my 1year old here on a Monday morning. We were seated and served promptly. Tom is an excellent waiter. He greets you immediately with a smile, allows time for you to review the menu and is prompt and efficient. I appreciate the good pancakes and the great service. We will be back soon.

Good food at a decent price but service is a little slow.

Building was clean and customer service was excellent. Our food came quickly however both dishes were not that great. My husbands hash was way overcooked and my pancakes were rubbery. Both our eggs, bacon, and home fries were perfext and tasty.

I am a regular customer at ...."as good as it gets".I eat there two to three breakfast meals each week.I would like to say that Ashley is the best waitress, she always pays close attention to my needs. If for any reason meals are not exactly like I want them? She quickly replaced with new meal to my liking!My coffee is always offered to be top off or refilled.She is pleasant, professional and always smiles. She has taken the time to know what I like and to share her interest in life and to know mine as well.I will have to amid I go there more often just to see her and to be treated in this special manner.To be honest Ashley makes "as good as it gets" exactly that!I wish both the restaurant and her the very best!Sincerely, John.

Cleanliness is not a priority here.The food as good however, the coffee was not hot, the cream in the small containers was curdled, the floor at are booth was very sticky, the seats were full of crumbs& the salt & pepper shakers in need of a good cleaning.The light above the booth was clean so that was a plus.The staff was friendly.

My first visit was OK, that’s why I returned today but OMG, I can’t believe how rude the waitress were. She did not introduced herself, the place was not busy and we had to keep bringing up to her attention to refill our coffee. She did not check on us for the entire time and even for the bill, I had to ask another waitress. Honestly, even the way she pored the coffee was rude. I ordered shaved steak Benny, not sure If I’ll ever try again. The steak had a lot of skin and it didn’t have any spices in it. It actually tasted like it was overcook in an old oil.It’s unfair to get up on a Saturday as beautiful as today is and pick a place that you feel like it will be awesome and have this experience. Not to mention the price. I hope this waitress changes her attitude, I know her name only because it was in our receipt. I mean, if she chose to be a customer service why be rude?

Love the food, music(not too loud)and of course the wonderful servers. Ashley and Emma are my favorites!!Everything we have ordered has been fresh and so good! No more IHOP for this family!!

As a person who loves a good dinner, this is a pass. I and my wife went in for breakfast one weekend morning. Seated we order Eggs Benedict and an omlet. Neither had any real flavor. Both were lacking seasoning. On the plus side, it was all cooked correctly but the lack of flavor was disappointing. This one didn't make our breakfast dining list.

Exceptional place! I expect to keep going back whenever the urge for an extra special breakfast hits. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and chatty. The coffee is amazing, with a strong kick, perfectly brewed, smooth (and not burnt). The beef patty my husband ordered was cooked just right, crumbly and not chewy. It was also seasoned on the inside and brought its own flavor to the game.As for me, this is going to sound rather silly, but I appreciated the fact that the vegetables in my omelette were so evenly and finely diced. Smaller pieces meant they were evenly caramelized and browned with exceptional flavor permeating them. It felt like they took time making your food, and enjoyed the process of making it just right. It also made every bite balanced, and as someone with a small mouth ?, eating it was so much more enjoyable.In short, go give this place a try!
