The signature smoked salmon was excellent though it would have benefited from more capers. The salmon itself was superb.
But the restaurant is cash only. Acton is one of the wealthier communities in Massachusetts and they could easily raise prices 10% and start accepting credit cards. We skipped drinks and dessert because of the cash only. Also, their napkin dispensers were all empty.

The place was fully staffed and not busy-it took one woman took 20 minutes to make our (not large) order while 3 employees sat idle. She got one item wrong and forgot another item in the order. Sandwiches average at best. Will not be returning.

Great local bagel place. Lots of choices of bagels. Sandwiches with egg and sausage. Coffee of course. Smoothie and regular drinks. Plenty of place to sit, and an upstairs area too. One caveat.. cash only! But they have an atm ready to go to help you out. Parking is in the back side but no problem.

Randomly stopped here for a bagel and a bathroom stop. Ended up everyone in the family wanting bagels. I got an everything with jalapeño cream cheese and added bacon. It was amazing. I would go off route for that bagel again. Cash only. Atm on site.
i drove 40 minutes to go to Bplus & i’ll do it again.
Vegetarian options: there are lots of veggie options in both bagels & toppings, including vegan (non-dairy) cream cheese
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a chair ramp to get in to the building but the doorway might be a bit narrow for some styles of chair.

I've enjoyed bagels from this shop in the past, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered a cream cheese bagel but was given one with cream cheese and a side of tuna in it. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, so I called the shop to inform them. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive.
Her attitude made an already frustrating situation worse. Customer service is just as important as the food quality, and this experience has really put me off returning. I hope the management can work on better training for their staff to handle such situations more politely and professionally.
