The food is fine--decent bagels and good menu options. I did enjoy my bagel sandwich. However the service is appalling. Entire crew made up of sneering teenage girls. We stopped while passing through town as a pit stop. It wasn't until we sat down with our order to eat that we were told that the place closes in three minutes, which we hadn't realized but that message was followed with "but no rush". Nearly done eating my bagel, not dawdling at all, 8 minutes after the no rush message--we are rudely, aggressively and snarkily told to leave. Incredibly rude. Do not recommend.

Great bagels, awesome bagels. I just never go in there because it’s cash only! This has to be one of the few cash only businesses left in the state of Massachusetts. Terribly inconvenient to the point where I’m sure they miss out on a ton of business. Makes you wonder if this is a front for something. Ohh but there is a third party ATM in there that charges a $3 fee. And the owner gets a percentage of the fee. Total fleecing. They’ve lost a ton of business over the years because it’s 2024 and the majority of people use cards/Apple Pay etc. to pay for things. Take cards and you’ll get more business. If the owner doesn’t want to pay the credit card companies fees for taking cards just raise the prices slightly to compensate! Surprised they are still in business actually, everyone should boycott.

Great bagels are equal to Finagle. My issue is it's cash only. It's not 1972 get with the times.Im sure if this policy changes they would have more foot traffic.

Bad customer service. Over pricing and only cash. Make sure if you don’t have cash they keep food until you go get money and come back. Even if you work next to them no trust. She was on the counter say people sometimes not coming back. I am sorry for $7 worth bagel how much it can effects your business. ( you can do better than that)

This is my favorite bagel place! I love the selection of flavors they offer and that they have a vegan/non dairy cream cheese option! They make really good coffee drinks as well! The price is very reasonable for the products they offer!

Small Bagel ShopCash only, don’t mind (atm there)Went there because of the good reviews of sandwiches, but come to find out their eggs are from a liquid jar, they pour into a container and then place into the microwave. It comes out like a jelly substance of an egg. I was hoping for a runny egg, but nope if you want quick fast bagels, definitely the place to go and cheap.

Stopped there yesterday to grab breakfast on the way to a weekend sporting event. It was ~7:30am on a Saturday. We aren't from the area but it was super easy to find only a few minutes off route 2. My daughter had an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and said it was delicious - both bagel and cream cheese were yummy (and she's pretty picky about her bagels and cream cheese). The "everything" seasoning was all over the bagel (some "bagelries" only put it on top).We also grabbed a blueberry muffin for my Mom and my Mom said the muffin was dry and wouldn't recommend. But I am not taking any stars off for that since it's a bagel shop and I am sure they don't make the muffins there. Cash only was very clear from these reviews and the sign on the door so it was no problem at all, and the workers were all pleasant. Wasn't busy at all at that hour of the morning on a weekend and we were able to park right behind the building, zip in and out. Anyway, we'd definitely go back if in the area.

This Saturday morning I ordered a smoked salmon bagel with "everything on it". Well ..... It came with everything EXCEPT the salmon! YUP, you read that right .... not one shred of salmon! Nope! Nada! Nothing! But, at least, the bagel was tasty. The young ladies behind the counter seemed to be having such a good time joking with each other and chatting away. Possibly they could pay a bit more attention to their customers orders.
