My mom just had surgery and was looking forward to Di Capri’s $12 Tuesdays. She ordered on the phone and they did not honor the $12 pizza, stated on their website. This is not acceptable

My first time here and I can’t wait to come back. The Reuben panini is delicious and big, the small meat lovers pizza looks more like a medium or even large and the flavor is so delicious 🤤 I honestly fell in love with this place and the food. Everyone is so nice and friendly and place is super clean. I definitely recommend this restaurant 💯And even though I will have to drive an hour to get here I will be doing so happily❤️

I went there looking to get a quick chicken fajita wrap at 3 PM exactly. I ordered and some guy came in after me and ordered a steak bomb. His order came out about 10 minutes after he ordered and I was standing there waiting for my food to be cooked. The woman over the grill sneezed really hard and I believe it was on my food that was cooking and if not, it was really close. She saw me watching her and looked embarrassed. I was about to pull the plug and ask for my money back but the wrap order came out. That was 20 minutes later, at 3:20 and they had four people working there. I paid $13 for the wrap with tip and ended up throwing it in the woods on the way home because it was so disgusting watching that cooking process. So that was a fun day not having any lunch. Nice job guys! Do not go to this place.
Their response is nonsense. Fact: the woman sneezed really hard in the middle of cooking the sandwich and I was so grossed out, I didn’t touch it until I threw it in the woods on my way home. I know what I saw. Be suspicious of any restaurant that writes long, detailed responses to negative reviews.
