Waited 10 minutes in car for carside pickup. No one came out. Went in store, they seemed super surprised that there was a carside pickup order. Brought the food home, and it was undercooked.

I ordered dinner tonight for my four kids and picked it up car side delivery. When we got home we noticed one of the pizzas was very overly done, which has never happened before, it was inedible, I’m a regular customer and food is always fantastic. I called the store to let them know my disappointment and the manager, who was very nice and attentive, sent me a new pizza and a courtesy dessert even though his delivery driver was slammed! Great customer service, and I’ll continue ordering from them!

There is nothing wrong with the food, and the lady who delivered the food has a general attitude. I filled in the business name and house number when ordering food online. I don't know why it is not on her receipt, so maybe she can't find it easily? Then she asked me why I didn't fill in the company name. I explained to her that I had filled in all the information, but obviously she didn't believe me. Although I saw her open the door immediately to meet her, maybe she was in a bad mood. I will order food in the future, but I will try to get it myself.

You say any crust and toppings? And then you can't really get that. You can only get 2 different crust. You can't get the details for 999. So yes, I'm not happy with that. It's false advertising. I wanted to get the deep dish wood for toppings for 999.And they're saying you can't do that.I'm like well they're why they advertise and say you can If you can't that's not right.
