Extremely rude manager. Didn’t even want to remake my drink when it was basically a cup of milk. Also, tried to big back shame me or something with a rude comment talking about “yeah it’s sweet cuz you got 6 pumps”... Are you not a Dunkin manager? I work at another coffee shop and see people get 10-20 pumps of SUGAR syrups , please be respectful of your customers and not sugar shame them. Especially in cases like mine when three of the pumps were sugar free (which you should’ve noticed as the manager). I also wanted it remade because it was milky, not too sweet. At the end of the day, just remake the drink, don’t shame your costumers. I hate having to leave novel length reviews like this, but when the customer service is this bad it’s necessary.

I really love Dunkin, but I wish they were more consistent at making their drinks. Sometimes I get an undrinkable sugary mess and other times it's literally just water, but when they do it right they have great options!
Recently the quality of the place has been decreasing, and a lot of food are not served properly. Repeatedly have I been served cold food and told that my order can not be ordered due to them lacking a certain ingredient.

There’s a group of older men who arrive around 10 o’clock in the morning and they take over the area with the comfortable seats Two of us arrived to do some serious writing but when the gentleman arrived, they took the other seats and started talking and said “you can join us and talking if you want but this is where we sit and talk “ Apparently they expect to be sitting there and having a chat regardless of someone else is sitting there doing something very serious. The staff said yes this is what they do every day, regardless of who sitting there. The employees got her orders, correct but the fact of these seniors taking over this nice sitting area despite someone and friends sitting there we found unsatisfactory so we won’t go there again

Exceptional service on Christmas Eve at 2:10 PM. There was only one employee on, and she was holding it down. I would like for them to give her a raise. Very festive outfit, she is a queen.
