I got a HOT Americano this morning and it was cold, but not cold enough for them to have made it iced…it was so gross, the milk was bad…it smelled awful before I even took a sip. $6 went right into the trash

Store gross ? lady sandwich station still on the phone ? I'm weit 15 min for 2 sandwich she don't care nothing so gross ? burn everything she don't even help to the front cashier big line ? all the time when I'm order xl hot chocolate she press large bottom on machine I'm pay for xl and give me large extra money for donkin and less product to customer this is stolen money and product please managers or owner fix the employees this no good every single days this store is worst ???.....worst worst

Ive been to many Dunks, and have always had decent service, nothing particular. But the other day I had went in for my morning coffee and I had the best service by Brooke, she was awesome, quick, sweet, and made the best coffee. 10/10 service will DEFINITELY be going again!
Edit: Everyday without fail this girl shows everyone up, she needs a raise ASAP ! Theres no other place I rather get my coffee now, get it done fast and get it done right ?she does above and beyond work LOVE HER !! ???☕️??

Dunkin’ Donuts used to be a great franchise every time I go into one I get more and more disappointed today I went into the one in Acton. The staff was impolite. There were multiple problems at the pick up area and I didn’t want to be bothered with their banter and order a coffee so I just ordered a simple blueberry muffin. I realize they didn’t look that good in the tray as they were not fluffy as they were supposed to be when I took it back to my car. I realized it was uncooked on the inside. The The boy who took my order, didn’t even say thank you it was a chaotic mess

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful, and they even start making my drink as soon as I walk in the door, before I even have a chance to order. (What can I say, I'm a creature of habit). The seating area is warm, clean, and inviting.
Dietary restrictions: I have type 1 diabetes, the staff is always super careful to not accidentally sugar me.

For 2 weeks now, every order that we placed was missing items in them. Not even just out of stock items (which I understand), but items that weren’t made at all.

today I ordered online a (Small Ice Latte with 2 pumps of caramel , 1 pump of vanilla and sweet cold foam) I got there and they were giving me a cup of ice with only the caramel pump , also bought a (pumpkin spice extra cream , no sugar and 2 espresso shots) they gave me a pumpkin spice with a lot of water. This is so bad.
