Coffee is great, customer service not so much. They made a mistake on my online order - not a big deal, I sent them a message to resolve it. 3 emails and calls (straight to voicemail) later, still zero reply or acknowledgment.

OMG, I just made the Paltaypampa in my V60. This is an amazing coffee. Loaded with flavor and super smooth. I feel like this is the coffee I've been searching for. If you have a chance, get some!!!

Coffee roaster, not a cafe. If you actually care about beans, it's the best around. Their Jardin decaf is better than most other regular espresso beans. If you drown a latte in tons of syrup, then you probably won't be able to taste the espresso anyways, so chuckling at the "I prefer starbucks" comments. Try comparing espresso to espresso, you'll be shocked at how good George Howell is.

Website is horrible. No email confirmation of gift certificate purchased. A piece of paper is mailed. Web cart subtotal was minus 10 dollars. Coffee itself is nothing special. "Dark" roasts are still medium bodied. Nothing like a dark roast at Starbucks.

Never been to the cafes but this coffee is disgusting. It’s the kind of coffee that you think is good if you think Olive Garden is good. Straight motor oil. I NEVER give bad reviews but I can’t even stop at places that serve GHC, which is inconvenient.

Never seen anyone with such high level of knowledge and who actually knows what they are talking about! I am a coffee researcher from India I travel places and research a lot! So far I know this man knows coffee mroe than I do! So plz take my word for it and maybe even talk to the baristas here for more!
