I have Celiac so safe options are limited. It's a bonus this place is safe, though quality is thrown out the window these days. Food is always cold and barely enough to call a serving. It's just sad because it's a waste of money for inedible food. Safe or not, it's just not good anymore.

The bagels pass the "delicious with just butter" test. Would recommend to a friend. Might have gotten 2

We tried the tuna salad sandwich and the spicy Italian panini, and both were decent—nothing too fancy, but they got the job done. The portions won’t leave you feeling completely full, but for the price, they’re a solid option. Service was quick and efficient, and the place wasn’t very busy even during Saturday lunchtime, which made for a relaxed experience. Overall, it’s a simple, no-frills spot that offers good value for a light meal.

Kjs is my favorite place for a delicious breakfast sandwich on my way to work. My go-to is usually hash-brown egg and cheese on a croissant and it's always amazing! Staff is also SO friendly and accommodating. Im also always craving their jalapeño cheddar bagels and love the Vermont maple coffee on a cold day! Definitely worth a stop if you are in town.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options for sandwiches and dessert

I agree with a lot of the reviews. The management should take note and try to take some of the recurring suggestions regarding the ambiance. I know this place would be so much more frequented if management redid the interior. Right now it screams sterile and empty cafeteria. Add some artwork, make it cozier, decorate it a little, give it some character. The chairs and tables don’t make you want to sit down and hang out. They just make you want to grab your food and get out asap. The TV screen menus are kind of tacky. The logo looks outdated. Just a little thought and effort would go a LONG way.
The prime location next to TJs is wonderful. Now just make a place people actually want to visit! Really. Please listen to your customers.

I stopped here on a long bike ride for a lunch sandwich. They seem to be one of the the only cafes in town, especially on a Sunday. I got the Hawaiian panini and an iced coffee, $16.91. The iced coffee was good; the sandwich was good but tiny (4x4"); so I'd say this was overpriced. The service was friendly. The atmosphere inside was airy but drab; I sat outside.

Great staff, parking and location: consistently horrific coffee which is always watered down and bitter from being over-extracted. The baked goods are forgettable, except for the donuts which are regularly stale. Its virtues are that it’s near the TJ’s and there’s usually a lot of space for a group of 15 or so people to gather. Outdoor seating is also decent.

I would consider myself a regular and that pretty much says it all. The menu is great, and the coffee selection is fantastic. The staff are friendly, warm and inviting and the owner Justin and his Jake are SUPER GREAT. Stop in, grab a coffee and bit to eat, and say hello.
