The boba was hard to get into my straw. Also had a weird texture towards the end and made me wonder if it was a ball of spit. I got the Oreo Wow. The strawberry matcha looked odd. I had this drink from another location just yesterday and nowhere near this bad. They also gave me a drink that had matcha on the side and I couldn’t be confident if the top was opened or not.

i am NEVER ordering from this location again. i ordered two cocoa cream wows, and the milk in it tasted sour and spoiled, the balls were hard to eat, and the entire drinks were literally disgusting. such a shame because other locations make this drink amazingly (with no health hazards like spoiled milk).

I use to frequent this location in a past, and today for some reason I stop by to see my friend that works there and accidentally he was not there. I was ask one of the employees if can use the restroom, and he act extremely stupid with no fanaticism, bad costumer service literally!!! He said the restroom is only for costumer, and I ask who Im I? He said to use the bathroom I have to buy something… isn’t that crazy?? I work at restaurants as well and I know how to treat all the guests without the harassment or things like that.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon. Asked the guy behind the counter how to get my free thing on my first order after downloading the app. Being generous, he was disinterested in customer service. Mostly I felt dismissed. Left without buying anything and feeling worse than I did when I came in. Plenty of other places that will take my 5+ dollars and give me a drink and decent customer service. Go to any of the other places nearby. I went to Farmer’s Horse Coffee just down the street where I got great food, drink, and customer service.
