Cappuccino was extremely good, daughter got iced chai which she said was awful, waffles and fruit were great, eggs and bacon OK. Just counter serve but very fast, have to get your own silverware, bus your own table. I paid too much, but overall nice and convenient, would return, just order strategically.

I love this place. The food is very good. I love their french toast with strawberries and banana. The owner, Jingbo is the nicest and sweetest person. She is always a pleasure to interact with. Their service is often surprisingly fast - almost like they started cooking my meal when I walked in the door. Parking is easy. I've been going to this place for many years. Always happy to meet friends here.

A solid place to grab breakfast or lunch. The specials make good use of local and seasonal ingredients.
The food came out fast and was delicious! I got an egg white omelette (I’m picky!!) and it was great. The hash browns were deep fried - bonus points! AND THE BAKED GOODS ARE A MUST TRY! Especially that cinnamon bun ????

I tried to order an omelette and substitute a side of bacon instead of home fries, but the owner said no. I hate home fries and am not sure why I can't substitute. I have come here a lot with my family and a small business should bend over backwards for loyal customers. The food is generally good, but not awesome. And, when I told the girl working there to tell the owner that I was leaving a bad review she said, "I don't care". Great employees you have!

I will not return. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The ambiance was ordinary. The prices were okay. The food was underwhelming.I ordered a latte and got a strong coffee with some cream but no foam. My chocolate chip muffin was okay, but a bit dry. My wife got a breakfast sandwich and said, "I could do this at home."Overall, an okay experience, but not good enough to return.
