Placed a simple online order — just fries — and they had 10 minutes to prepare it. When I arrived, the place was completely empty, no customers, yet my order still wasn’t ready. The staff works painfully slow. By the time I finally got it, the fries were just tossed upside down in the bag. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect, even from McDonald’s.

What a disaster! I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order, so after mentioning that twice to the man who finally brought my order out, he gave me a coupon for a free meal. Normally that's good for me and I don't say anything. Then I grabbed the frozen french fries...

After a hard day's work I fueled my truck up and I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy large meal at 9:34pm the app said it was ready at 9:38pm so I went into the restaurant and didn't leave with the food until 10pm, took the food and took off driving, the sandwich was horrible I felt insulated to be served such food, this is my second bad experience and I don't recall ever writing a bad review for food, but this time the wait and the quality was too much, who ever owes and manage the restaurant should change venues, may open a garbage company or something.

I don't give a freak what all you people say. Okay, the people there are so nice, literally, one of the ladies that worked there. She helped me figure out how to work the app. And uh, they fudged up my order. So badly that the lady that I was talking to, she nicely made me a burger by herself. She like handmade it for me. And it was nice. So all of you people saying, bad stuff, be quiet. Your opinion is irrelevant. Good Night.

Getting food is usually always slow. Here it’s sometimes fast but rarely. Even though I check the food most of the time and almost at least once a while when I go here is to have a missing item. Today, when going, they weren’t even that busy and not many people when ordering the food, and it still took a long time to get the food and there still to be something missing.
