Love this location - great local spot - in an old farm building - so cozy. Always have great service - the drinks are delicious - my favorite is the sweet Melissa - favorite dish is the fish n’ chips - super light and fluffy.
1 hour and 10 minutes from sitting down until our food arrived . The poor waiter apologized to us four times saying our food will be out soon. But when the food arrived oh my goodness we were underwhelmed I had the bolognese, which required quite a lot of searching under the pasta to find any meat sauce. My wife had the chicken la limon which was wonderful in that we have now discovered one of the toughest materials known to man. That chicken was almost indestructible. An experience but not one we will repeat

I remember when Rapscallion beers first hit the market many years ago, enjoyed revisiting the brand with a flight at the bar. Nice group of people to chat with and a tasty, hot appetizer to enjoy with the brews.

First, my apologies for not posting this sooner.
We had a Day-After brunch last month following our Class of 75 reunion the previous evening. I had reserved space for twenty, but only half of us were able to attend. The outdoor seating was perfect as was the weather. The service and food were excellent (I have been going about avocado toast all wrong...that was wonderful).
Anyway, my classmates and I enjoyed our time together there. I would not hesitate to go there again.
Thank you

Old style home style furniture in a comfortable setting. Unique menu and food is well made. House made beers are good. Deserts are outstanding.

Nice place. I had the steak tips. They were good. It could use a little more flavor and they were slightly overdone. The fries were pretty good. My wife had the lemon chicken. That was pretty good. The staff was friendly. They could have been a little more attentive. The place was clean. We sat outdoors, which is nice.
Really nice little brewery and cafe
It was a decent little pub. The service was very good. I ordered the steak fries and the steak was a bit chewy. I also had the wings, which were actually pretty good. The beer was middling but passable. Parking was very good. The restaurant is a old farmhouse, which was very quaint. Overall pretty decent.

Great food and great service.
We loved sitting outside and enjoying beer and wine and good food.
Fantastic spot. Lots of outdoor dining. Food is excellent.
Parking: Lots of off street free parking. Lot is gravel/dirt and fills up quick when place is busy. There is additional parking near by.

If great food matters to you, then don’t bother with this place. If you like a great vibe and value great service and can look the other way when it comes to the fact that the food is simply just mediocre, then you’ll probably do ok here. Acton doesn’t have many dining choices, I get it. But Rapscallion has an incredible opportunity to turn this place around and make it a foodie haven. But after living in Acton and going here since it opened, I haven’t seen any sort of revival. I’ve tried several things on their menu over the years but most recently I was served a burger that was severely overcooked and ceviche that had more tomatoes than seafood and not very ceviche-y at all. Do better, Rapscallion, and earn all the stars you’ve been given.

I love Rapscallion. the food has always been awesome, and the drinks never fail to hit the spot. yesterday I had something I've never had before and it was awesome - they don't dilute everything with tons of ice.
Service is always wonderful and Joselyn was awesome - thank you.
The (gluten free) nachos were gone in an instant and my eggplant parmigiana vanished similarly. others had the rice bowl (cleaned out) and fish-and-chips (disappeared). Dessert was outstanding!!
