Fantastic spot. Lots of outdoor dining. Food is excellent.

Parking: Lots of off street free parking. Lot is gravel/dirt and fills up quick when place is busy. There is additional parking near by.

I love Rapscallion. the food has always been awesome, and the drinks never fail to hit the spot. yesterday I had something I've never had before and it was awesome - they don't dilute everything with tons of ice.

Service is always wonderful and Joselyn was awesome - thank you.

The (gluten free) nachos were gone in an instant and my eggplant parmigiana vanished similarly. others had the rice bowl (cleaned out) and fish-and-chips (disappeared)....

They didn't have their homemade root beer but the food we ordered was delicious! I got the Korean Short rib grilled cheese sandwich and a spring salad plus the seasonal flatbread as an appetizer. I would order that sandwich and flatbread again. So good!
