It was Valentine's day, but a busy restaurant shouldn't be an excuse for just ok food with a big price tag. The meat was dry and tough in both of our dishes (chicken and steak) and the dessert seemed thrown together. A couple years ago, this was the most recommended restaurant in the area, but now it seems to have changed.

I think the food tasted better than usual because I was starving from a hike. Service was slow, we had to remind a couple of times for refills and asked for the check twice. Having said that, the food tasted fresh and was cooked to temp. Slightly more expensive than seemed reasonable.

The outside patio was lovely (in good weather). The inside was a house and felt like it with the lower ceilings and small dining rooms. Nothing stood out enough to return.

Love this location - great local spot - in an old farm building - so cozy. Always have great service - the drinks are delicious - my favorite is the sweet Melissa - favorite dish is the fish n’ chips - super light and fluffy.
