I decided to make a recipe called Greek-Style Roasted Branzino and had never made it before in my life. No one locally had branzino except SvenFish. I’m so glad I stopped by. Everything was fresh and the meal, which was for my friend’s birthday, turned out fabulous!
Excellent quality fish, really nice people working in the store, and a fun environment. I’ve seen three different people buy the salmon to eat as sashimi. That should tell you something. Meanwhile, I’ve had the salmon, the haddock, and my new favorite, the bluefish. All were delicious.
