I'm no stranger to Carl's and Lando's, dozens and dozens of MOAB's in the past. The size is always generous, but today's was borderline burdensome, just an absurd amount of food lol Good work everyone!
Parking: Medium-capacity lot with one main aisle, serving a few other businesses. Gonna have to wait for people to back in and out a few times trying to get in and out during peak hours.

Best steak sub around for sure. These dudes knock it out of the park every time. Giambotta without tomato sauce is my go-to. The prices aren't over the top and they load the subs up. You can easily get 2 meals from 1 lg sub, but ordering online gives you the option for a mini at just $9!

We really enjoyed the large buffalo chicken pizza. The sauce base was rich and flavorful, and the buffalo chicken had a satisfying crisp to it. The pizza was hearty and filling, perfect for two people. However, the crust was a bit too hard and chewy, which made it slightly uncomfortable to eat at times. Despite that, it was an overall delicious pizza, and we’d definitely consider ordering again.

Best pizza in the surrounding towns. I've been getting pizza from here since they opened the Acton location and have never been disappointed. It is hand made, so not 100% consistent, but that is a good thing.
I'm from NY and this is the closest to Brooklyn pizza I've had in New England. Their large is great, but for me the small is even tastier.
Don't forget their amazing array of sandwiches. If you buy an eggplant or other parmesian sandwhich be sure to tell them to add Mozerra on top and, if you are like me, ask for it toasted.
Highly recommended.
PS: Though it is a take-out place, it is very clean and orderly.
Oh! when you call they typically say "20 minutes" - get there in 15.
