Almost fifteen minutes before they close and they already have their shakes unavailable. The girl at the counter refused me. Like, really? Fine. I don't need ice cream from there that badly, and never will again if taking care of customers during store hours is so rough on you.

I love West Side! Good variety of flavors and I can walk from my house.
Wait is outrageously long. They take a lot of online orders, and folks in line have to wait for those.

This place is so adorable and the ice cream is amazing. Perfectly situated with outdoor seating in the center of West Acton with a free parking lot OR free street parking across from their newly redone playground. Nearby walking distance: bookstore, salon, coffee shop, brewery, shops, yoga, seafood. What's not to like?!
Pro tip: the ice cream pies are INCREDIBLE (green monster is our favorite) and you can pre-order them for birthdays!

I honestly don't know why I haven't been here before, but it was an unexpectedly wonderful treat on a sunny Friday afternoon. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient, and the ice cream was delicious. There were some unique flavors here that I haven't seen at other places. For sweet & salty fans like me, the salted Oreo was a real treat. It's a cute, cozy, and clean place that's definitely worth a visit! ???
I placed an online order, expecting quick service. When I arrived, the store was empty, but the staff were just chatting instead of completing my order. Disappointed with the lack of urgency and professionalism.
