Excellent establishment in Acton for enjoying ice cream. We enjoyed a small waffle cone featuring butterscotch blast and salted caramel. The smaller option was still substantial for our needs, so we may consider utilizing the mini version for our next occasion.
The ice cream is exceptional, and the staff members are courteous. An outdoor seating area is available, along with ample roadside parking options.
Very inefficient process to take orders! Needs massive improvement. The paper tickets get lost and orders get “buried”. Staff at the counter did not seem to care about efficiency. They would move on to another order before finishing a simple one like a mini ice cream in a cup and then that order would just get passed up. Very bad experience.
My favorite local ice cream shop!
I got coffee ice cream and it was pretty good but kind of had a bit of an after taste wasn’t thrilled about. Also not too big of a fan of the thin sprinkles/jimmies!
I need to talk with you
Awesome spot, helpful employees that let me sample a couple flavors. Settled on the banana chocolate chunk which was creamy with little frozen banana and chocolate chunks in it. The only thing I’d change is letting people split the mini and small into 2 flavors!! There were a lot of people there but only a 5 minute wait at 9 on a hot July evening.
Already a huge fan of this ice cream shop! We’ve enjoyed many flavors, ice cream pies and sandwiches but today we had possibly THE best ice cream - Summer Camp - a s’more inspired seasonal offering. Definitely going back for more!!
Great flavors and staff are quick
No sugar free options for diabetics
Ice creams are good for sure. We have tried many flavors, and we liked most of them. However our experience varies each time. Customer service can be improved, especially with bunch of untrained school kids arounds who don’t care about customer experience and just want to get done with their work hours. Also, most of them don’t wear gloves, and scratch their face/legs and then without washing hands scoop the ice-creams. Wish this facility could train all employees about hygiene and basic customer service.

Yummy ice cream. Fun park across the street for the kids. Visited here after the discovery museum.
Clara and hannah are all star scoopers. 10/10 sense of humor. also hot. Supportive of the lactose intolerant community. #happypride
Busy spot on a late Sunday afternoon. The girls who were behind the counter were friendly and efficient. The line moved quickly for the amount of people there. Only complaint is no one used gloves - they were handling money and would often scratch their face or leg and would then scoop the ice cream. Also, I feel like other cups were filled to the brim where mine had plenty of space at the top. I got cookie butter with brownie bits and it was good!
Great spot with a lot of potential! The place is clean, the ice cream is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is inviting. That said, the service could definitely be more efficient. After ordering and paying, it seems like 4 or 5 employees are just waiting to serve the ice cream, which feels a bit disorganized and slows things down. A more streamlined system—similar to what you see at burrito places or at Reason to Be Cheerful in Concord—could really improve the experience and cut down on wait times.
Long line but moved quickly. Staff was so organized and efficient despite the never ending line - it was down the block! I can see why. I grabbed a root beer float with the butterscotch explosion and it was the best. Had to grab the merch inside too!
