This Dunkin’ location is very hit or miss overall. The employees are always polite, friendly, and welcoming, which makes every visit pleasant. Service is usually fast, and the inside of the store is consistently clean and well maintained. However, there are frequent issues with accuracy. Coffee orders are often made incorrectly, and donuts are regularly placed upside down in the bag, which can be frustrating. These aren’t major problems, but a little more attention to detail and consistency would go a long way in making this location much better.

I avoid this location even though it's right next to my house, because my drink is never made correctly. I get a decaf espresso drink and it's always just a cup of milk. I get a regular for my husband and a decaf for me and they're totally different colors. I get them at other locations and they're normal. I've told them about it multiple times. 🤷♀️

Came in for 2 coffees, was told they didn’t have any more coffee made and had to make more (what?)… They told us to go around front and they would bring the coffee out. 15m later still don’t have the coffee. I’ve been coming to dunks a really long time and I’ve never been asked to wait in the parking lot for an item. Fortunately there are enough Dunkin’ Donuts around where I don’t have to visit this one ever again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
