I WAS FRICKEN HUNGRY BECAUSE I MADE EGGS AND THEY WERE WATERY SO I WAS THIRSTY SO WE WENT TO DUNKIN AND LITTLE DISCORD KITTY 😾GUY MADE US WAIT LIKE 6 HOURS TO ORDER BECAUSE WE SAID WE NEED ONE MINUTE TO DECIDE AND THEN I ORDERED AND HE WAS CONFUSED AND TOOK LIKE 20 MINUTES TO FIGURE OUT AND ALL I WANTED WAS A PUMPKIN SUGAR COOKIE LATTE AND THE ONLY GOOD PART WAS THE WHIPPED CREAM AND THEN HE FORGOT BENJAS MUFFIN AND THE CUP WAS STICKY AND IT TASTED LIKE BLACK COFFEE WITH BURNT CINNAMON IN IT AND HE DIDNT ADD ENOUGH CARMEL AND WE WERE THERE FOR 30 MINUTES AND NOW IM FRICKEN HANGRY😾😾😾😾
Takes 25+ minutes to sit in the drive thru every time I come here and there is only two cars in front of me! Aint nothing fast about this place! Then they dont have the education to fill your order so every time they come to the window they ask what else did you get or its wrong!! This place is actually a joke

girl taking orders on 7/7/25 at 4:42pm has got a real bad attitude, i ordered 2 simple drinks politely and she sounded pissed. Find a new job if you cant handle typing in an order for 2 drinks 😐

The team here was great but they can't hear you and you can't hear them through the drive through speaker. Can't believe people drink all this sugar 🤯

Quick customer service
Most of the people that have served me in the drive through have been kind (there's been some really rough exceptions), but the biggest issue is that they always mess up an order. Every single time something will be missing or messed up. Whether it be they leave the whipped cream out, or leave out entire chunks of the order, something is always awry.
Please, whatever you need to do Corporate Dunkin, pay them more, better training, more shift coverage, do it, because the thing that kills the experience the most for me is missing things I paid money for
I'm going to have to thoroughly inspect every item I get in the drive through now because I can't trust the place to give me what I bought

My husband ordered, through the app, 2 donuts, 1 blueberry muffin & an XL coffee with espresso. Once He was at the drive-thru, the person proceeded to tell him they did not have any blueberry muffins. They also did not have any old fashioned donuts. He decided to just let them keep his money and he took the coffee. Once he was 2 mi down the road and lifted his coffee up. He noticed 2 in of liquid in the cup holder. He was so upset and frustrated. He threw the coffee away because it was leaking profusely, from the bottom. So, he bought a coffee and food and he will never get reimbursed for it because it's through the app. I think he has to have the worst luck possible when it comes to takeout restaurants. This happens to him more frequently than not and nobody cares anymore. He never gets his money back. I can't tell you how much money he's given to Dunkin donuts and he never gets what he asks for and he often dries away without anything.

They sit here and ignore you while you're waiting for things you already paid for. How hard is it to grab 3 donuts? I've been waiting for 15 minutes already
The staff here should get raises they are so efficient, kinds, and I'll tell you I'm from Boston so that means a lot because we are very picky about our coffee LOL
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a great spot if you're disabled and I can't see getting a wheelchair in there but if you have someone with you then it shouldn't be a problem

9/10 times when my wife or I come to this location they mess up the order, whether we order ahead with mobile or order in the drive-thru, doesn’t matter. They clearly don’t train staff here or everyone just collectively lack focus. Somehow it takes 20 minutes to get through to the drive-thru window just to see the majority of the staff standing around on their phones, then have the order still partially complete, then 50/50 chance I’m missing something from my order. Strongly recommend putting your 20 minutes into traveling to another location.
