The staff here should get raises they are so efficient, kinds, and I'll tell you I'm from Boston so that means a lot because we are very picky about our coffee LOL
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a great spot if you're disabled and I can't see getting a wheelchair in there but if you have someone with you then it shouldn't be a problem

9/10 times when my wife or I come to this location they mess up the order, whether we order ahead with mobile or order in the drive-thru, doesn’t matter. They clearly don’t train staff here or everyone just collectively lack focus. Somehow it takes 20 minutes to get through to the drive-thru window just to see the majority of the staff standing around on their phones, then have the order still partially complete, then 50/50 chance I’m missing something from my order. Strongly recommend putting your 20 minutes into traveling to another location.

Really bad service, staff not trained for good customer service, we went there for breakfast, 8 people one of the staff said if you want order you need to wait 20 in bud way, or maybe they have racism issues. So bad, bad, bad.

Evey time I go there nothing is messed up. I have to watch what I and every time I go there I get an egg and cheese on an English muffin( do to the English muffin having the least amount of carbs) and they are always putting it on a bagel( most amount of carbs) or a crosant ( still a lot of carbs) . So I cant eat them . Waist of 8 dollars . This is insane

Sat there for twenty minutes to pick up my order which I placed online. My coffee was done, but my food was not. When I asked what was going on since there was no one in the drive through and walk-ins were getting their food before me. They told me to wait, did not ask for my name, and made my food last as I could see my sticker on the food station being moved behind new ones. I understand that the food station moves quick, as I have also worked at Dunkin. However this was ridiculous. There were like ten employees working in there but only one was handling food, and doing a horrible job. The rest of them were barely doing anything except being rude when I asked them for help. Don’t come here, don’t order from here. Drive another ten minutes to a different dunks because you will not get your food, and the workers will be rude when you ask.

I am Adams resident, placed a mobile order today to pick up, decided to come in since there were 2 cars in the drive thru, I literally was standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged by a person just to pick up my one coffee order, finally after waiting for 10 mins someone said oh you can pick up your mobile order at the other counter, waited another 7 mins and nothing was given to me, finally left without my order since I refused to wait any longer,this is horrible service, don’t even bother coming here unless you want your order to be given to you completely wrong.

inside, but I didn’t see the squirrel anywhere. As I was saying this was the Dunkies I got into and you may be a little bamboozled because of the signage but yes you can go right on into the parking lot to store your vehicle while you’re doing your business and getting your dunkies. I was here with me m8 robbo who does dunkies but mabe not full on donkey jonkey like some others who you’ve heard of we needed the brown material to light that fire early in the morning. We did the trendy thing and got donkeys but NO donuts because the name is just donkey now. If you run far get lots of brown material runners world says six cups for a fella of my stature but I just got the one and let me tell you struth me prue and hoo to the roo Donny can make you some FOFO! If you have the application (and I notice your on google maps so you are probably a tech maestro like that Elongated Muskrat they’re shooting into space) you could’ve been sippin by now but the folks at Dingaree’s are so personable I didn’t mind waiting! We drove from north Adams to Adams kept going but nope no south Adams just Pittsfield and Melville country - don’t go looking for a whale there though, white or otherwise, whale is Fish! and will not be this far from the ocean although there used to be whales in my backyard lake Champlain (this is a fact so please keep an open mind) (not just champ nor the grouper but real Fish! whale) (thank you I didn’t mean to get confrontational it’s just important to be kind and good to your brother reviewer in this tricky world we navigate through thank you) So yeah Alan watts says bad things happen because it keeps it interesting but friend if you want interesting go elsewhere because this Dunkaroo’s is 5 STARS NOT BAD 5 STARS. Who else see the northern lights last week?

Stood at the counter for about 5-10 minutes to pick up a dozen donuts. Every associate came by and told me they would be right with me....and then continued to take window orders for cars that were arriving way after I was there..... I waited patiently and then quietly left. Seriously, you can't pry one of the four people working there away to take counter orders?

They run out of donuts just after opening the store like by 9 a.m. good luck with donuts. This place has gone down hill. The hot food sucks if you can get what you want. They sell coffee and at best it's burnt. Shut it down.
