The team here was great but they can't hear you and you can't hear them through the drive through speaker. Can't believe people drink all this sugar 🤯
Quick customer service
Most of the people that have served me in the drive through have been kind (there's been some really rough exceptions), but the biggest issue is that they always mess up an order. Every single time something will be missing or messed up. Whether it be they leave the whipped cream out, or leave out entire chunks of the order, something is always awry.
Please, whatever you need to do Corporate Dunkin, pay them more, better training, more shift coverage, do it, because the thing that kills the experience the most for me is missing things I paid money for
I'm going to have to thoroughly inspect every item I get in the drive through now because I can't trust the place to give me what I bought
Management is awful!! Rude and disrespectful
My husband ordered, through the app, 2 donuts, 1 blueberry muffin & an XL coffee with espresso. Once He was at the drive-thru, the person proceeded to tell him they did not have any blueberry muffins. They also did not have any old fashioned donuts. He decided to just let them keep his money and he took the coffee. Once he was 2 mi down the road and lifted his coffee up. He noticed 2 in of liquid in the cup holder. He was so upset and frustrated. He threw the coffee away because it was leaking profusely, from the bottom. So, he bought a coffee and food and he will never get reimbursed for it because it's through the app. I think he has to have the worst luck possible when it comes to takeout restaurants. This happens to him more frequently than not and nobody cares anymore. He never gets his money back. I can't tell you how much money he's given to Dunkin donuts and he never gets what he asks for and he often dries away without anything.

They sit here and ignore you while you're waiting for things you already paid for. How hard is it to grab 3 donuts? I've been waiting for 15 minutes already
The staff here should get raises they are so efficient, kinds, and I'll tell you I'm from Boston so that means a lot because we are very picky about our coffee LOL
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a great spot if you're disabled and I can't see getting a wheelchair in there but if you have someone with you then it shouldn't be a problem

9/10 times when my wife or I come to this location they mess up the order, whether we order ahead with mobile or order in the drive-thru, doesn’t matter. They clearly don’t train staff here or everyone just collectively lack focus. Somehow it takes 20 minutes to get through to the drive-thru window just to see the majority of the staff standing around on their phones, then have the order still partially complete, then 50/50 chance I’m missing something from my order. Strongly recommend putting your 20 minutes into traveling to another location.

Evey time I go there nothing is messed up. I have to watch what I and every time I go there I get an egg and cheese on an English muffin( do to the English muffin having the least amount of carbs) and they are always putting it on a bagel( most amount of carbs) or a crosant ( still a lot of carbs) . So I cant eat them . Waist of 8 dollars . This is insane

Sat there for twenty minutes to pick up my order which I placed online. My coffee was done, but my food was not. When I asked what was going on since there was no one in the drive through and walk-ins were getting their food before me. They told me to wait, did not ask for my name, and made my food last as I could see my sticker on the food station being moved behind new ones. I understand that the food station moves quick, as I have also worked at Dunkin. However this was ridiculous. There were like ten employees working in there but only one was handling food, and doing a horrible job. The rest of them were barely doing anything except being rude when I asked them for help. Don’t come here, don’t order from here. Drive another ten minutes to a different dunks because you will not get your food, and the workers will be rude when you ask.

I am Adams resident, placed a mobile order today to pick up, decided to come in since there were 2 cars in the drive thru, I literally was standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged by a person just to pick up my one coffee order, finally after waiting for 10 mins someone said oh you can pick up your mobile order at the other counter, waited another 7 mins and nothing was given to me, finally left without my order since I refused to wait any longer,this is horrible service, don’t even bother coming here unless you want your order to be given to you completely wrong.
