Stood at the counter for about 5-10 minutes to pick up a dozen donuts. Every associate came by and told me they would be right with me....and then continued to take window orders for cars that were arriving way after I was there..... I waited patiently and then quietly left. Seriously, you can't pry one of the four people working there away to take counter orders?

They run out of donuts just after opening the store like by 9 a.m. good luck with donuts. This place has gone down hill. The hot food sucks if you can get what you want. They sell coffee and at best it's burnt. Shut it down.

These employees just don't CARE! It takes forever for the food to come out, Always socializing with each other, ignoring customers and at times they run out of Donuts/Bagels early(before noon).

Today I went in yesterday to the manager waited on me she was nice, so I went to the next counter to get my order, was told to leave, that no one likes me in there he (dameon) came around the counter said if u don’t leave I’ll knock ur teeth out he called the cops, kept saying ur dead if I see u on the street, there is a back story, cops came said nothing they could do, he wants me never to come back and if he c me on the streets iam dead, look bottom line he is dangerous should b fired, but the manager brushed it off, cops did to. I have Cp and talk slow they made fun of my talking and no body did anything to prevent this hate crime, if anyone knows the franchises please let me know, I need justice for all disabled people!
dunkin is dunkin. the drinks and donuts are great, the rest of the food is meh, and the service is what you'd expect from fast food. overall nice place to stop by to get a quick coffee or donut. the pricing is what you'd expect from fast food, making it a nice cheap option for a car full of people or just a quick detour before you get to work

Placed a mobile order ahead of time then had to wait 20 minutes for our food. Just for half of it to be made wrong. Went back to this establishment to get it remade but no one came to assist us for 15 minutes. After we were approached we ended up just asking for a refund and took our business elsewhere.
