the manager Angie is so Rude, miserable AND SHE LIES! I am shocked at how I was treated and the level of dishonesty blew me away! she accused me of telling her crew HOW TO COOK MY BISCUIT! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PROCESS IS AND WHAT THEY COOK IT IN? Been here multiple times and always have an issue. The last straw was on 5/8/24 when I had a mobile order. Sat and waited for my food. Got it and came right home as it was just staring to thunderstorm. When I got home I notice half of my order was missing. Called the customer service number to complain and was told that someone from the restaurant would call me back and give me a refund. Three weeks later and still no call or refund after multiple emails and calls to the restaurant....read full review
Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I've worked fast food, I know it sucks and for that reason I'm usually VERY understanding. However after my visit today I was extremely upset with the service.
I went through the drive thru at 6:30am on a Sunday morning, ordered breakfast for myself and my husband. When I get up to the window the woman takes my card and with the window open as she runs my card she says "go the f*** home and sleep, or f***ing go to church,...read full review
