the manager Angie is so Rude, miserable AND SHE LIES! I am shocked at how I was treated and the level of dishonesty blew me away! she accused me of telling her crew HOW TO COOK MY BISCUIT! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PROCESS IS AND WHAT THEY COOK IT IN? SHE SAID THAT I TOLD THEM TO USE I MICROWAVE ( I know I wouldn't say that because I don't use microwaves, don't even own one) SHE said that she had many complaints about me..I get along with everyone in the morning crew. the older woman in the back can be a little testy sometimes) But that manager Angie needs to learn how to treat people! I was so mad I almost started to cry, HORRIBLE MANAGER (AND PERSON! )
Ordered a simple Happy Meal from the Kiosk, requested extra fries and Mario Kart Toy.
Got to the car, no extra fries. Read the receipt and it was correct. Went inside and they fixed it.
Got home and got the wrong toy 🤦.
This isn't hard, it is typed on the receipt and you put it in a bag. Sad thing is, not a teenager was working at the time, all people old enough to know better.

This McDonald’s is the worst one, everytime I go I have to wait forever. I tried ordering online to avoid that. They don’t go back and forth with the drive thru at all, I literally sat there watching 4 cars that pulled up after me order before bc they were in the other lane. This is my first time ever writing a review. I will not ever go back here.

I mean it's McDonald's, you don't show up expecting much. Not the fastest McDonald's, employees are typically friendly, although if you order anything that's not how it's normally made, don't have high expectations they get it right the first time, even as simple as removing 1 topping from a burger.

Ordered through the mobile app, when I got to the window I told her my order number. I pulled up and they told me to park on the side. I waited 45 minutes for someone to come out and ask what I ordered, because they couldn't see what I ordered because apparently their screens weren't working. They had given me my drinks (frozen slushies already) which were melted. So clearly they knew what I ordered. People had been coming through the drive thru and leaving as well with food. Not sure what really happened or why,
9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. Today I ordered a mcchicken, got home to unwrap said mcchicken and found a cheeseburger in a mcchicken wrapper. But I continue to go here because it's the only convenient fast food in Adams ?

I have ALWAYS loooved McDonald's over all else.... last night I got a large ICE cold French Fry, 4 Cheeseburgers... 2 with NO pickles ( they HAD pickles) 2 Regular Cheeseburgers WELL.... ALL 4 of the buns were actually HARD so hard they were actually unedible! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
