Very professional workers who are quick to take responsibility and correct issues promptly when needed. Generally, received hot fresh food on multiple occasions.. I don't mind waiting for fresh food.
I will add, the wait times are a little longer than I'd really like them to be.. but with the fresh food and friendly service... I can't really complain.
Overall, I'd recommend this franchise Then the one just a few miles down the road.

Not sure what the issue was, but the one and only cashier took about 5 orders and then disappeared with 10 other people in line. A guy in a button down shirt (possible manager??) Came by this line 2x a d in to the back kitchen saw the line saw no cashier then left the building. After about 15 minutes another employee came out and finished taking orders. An absolute disaster. Won't be going back that's for sure.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for awhile. Yesterday was no different but probably about 20 minutes after I had ate I had the worst stomach pains ever. I figured it was just because the McDonald’s was sort of my first real meal of the day but the pains continued all throughout my shift. Around 8-9pm, I had a wave of nausea that was never ending and had me laying on the bathroom floor. Then diarrhea. I definitely had gotten food poisoned so be careful my warning is.

This place is awful. I stopped after a 12 hour day at work and I didn’t want to cook. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, the staff is so disrespectful, they actively ignore you when you speak to them, my fries were cold, my mcchickens had nothing on them and my Big Mac had stale old buns and gross brown lettuce like the products had been left out all day and not stored properly. I’m a little worried maybe I shouldn’t have eaten it. I guess we’ll find out soon. This place needs a total makeover.

We venture out to get some junk food here now and again. If you want your food made correcrly go to literally any other McDonald's in bershire county. The adams mcdonalds is filthy, the bathrooms are always covered in boldily fluids, and general debris all over the floors. Toilets always have either feces, urine, or blood on the seats and in front of the toilet. They're never clean or able to be sat on. Sink was covered in water & old soap scum that clearly hasnt been cleaned in a very long time. Tables aren't clean, crumbs and dried things where you're supposed to eat. Floors look like they haven't been vacuumed or mopped in a year. If you stand inside and order it doesn't take more than two seconds to see how disgusting the kitchen area is. Food is always cold & tastes bad. Never made fresh. Fries are cold and chewey. They let you sit at the drive through speaker for up to ten minutes at times (i wish i was exaggerating), even when there's only a couple of cars in the drive through (not during busy hours)? They frequently make you to pull to the side & then take more than 20 minutes to bring your food out. All whilst giving other customers their food immediately after you pull through? 9 times out of ten your order is wrong. If you say anything & ask for the right order, you're met with an attitude and treated like garbage. It's just weird how every other mcdinalds in Berkshire county is normal, & rarely ever has issues. But if you go to the adams mcdonalds specifically, you'll be treated to the nastiest food, & even nastier attitudes. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by a health inspector, or at least investigated. I can't be the only one that's had an almost comically atrocious time when I go there. It's also really expensive. You get get healthier higher quality food food elsewhere for less money.
the manager Angie is so Rude, miserable AND SHE LIES! I am shocked at how I was treated and the level of dishonesty blew me away! she accused me of telling her crew HOW TO COOK MY BISCUIT! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PROCESS IS AND WHAT THEY COOK IT IN? SHE SAID THAT I TOLD THEM TO USE I MICROWAVE ( I know I wouldn't say that because I don't use microwaves, don't even own one) SHE said that she had many complaints about me..I get along with everyone in the morning crew. the older woman in the back can be a little testy sometimes) But that manager Angie needs to learn how to treat people! I was so mad I almost started to cry, HORRIBLE MANAGER (AND PERSON! )
Ordered a simple Happy Meal from the Kiosk, requested extra fries and Mario Kart Toy.
Got to the car, no extra fries. Read the receipt and it was correct. Went inside and they fixed it.
Got home and got the wrong toy 🤦.
This isn't hard, it is typed on the receipt and you put it in a bag. Sad thing is, not a teenager was working at the time, all people old enough to know better.
