Great assortment, made to order. Delicious!
The donuts are fantastic and the staff is friendly, but really wish the store experience in Dalton was better. Its awkward waiting around (often for 10-15mins) in a big, silent, empty room. Maybe play some music, and have a chalkboard that lists the daily specials so you don't have to ask at the register? It would be great to be able to preorder custom and daily specials online day-of to avoid the store experience entirely - it's the only reason I don't come more often.
Good cake doughnuts, they were a little smaller than I was expecting but not an issue. The website ordering could use a better interface, it was confusing and we weren't able to build any custom doughnuts. The order was ready on time and the doughnuts seemed to be fresh. If you are a doughnut fan please give Shire doughnuts a try.
Placed a large order for our wedding and Shire donuts was kind and accommodating. The donuts were a huge hit with all of our guests!!
Hands down best donuts we have ever had. My daughter and I had some today and were blown away by the flavor and quality of the donuts. The service was exceptional also. If your in Berkshire County this is a must have, Well worth the wait
FINALLY tried it! The Donuts are very cakey and very sweet. I personally couldn't even eat a whole one without it being too much. I tried a bunch of flavors and the Maple Bacon was my favorite. This is definitely a place to try for breakfast, or even dessert later on

Sooo good. Had a couple today. Their peanutbutter frosting is delicious. The donuts themselves are well made and delicious. They would be good even without all the toppings.
Lovely business and nice service. You can choose from a simple, advanced, or expert level decorated donut. Use the clipboard to check off what you want or customize your own. They are nice cake donuts that are light with a good crisp on the outside.

We've been addicted to Shire Donuts ever since they opened the Dalton location as it's walking distance from our house. They tend to be extremely busy but they know how to keep the line moving, while putting care into every single donut. The team is always very friendly and the donuts are incredible, well worth any wait! Most recently, we worked with the owners, Heather & Jeff on a large order for our baby sprinkle. They made the process unbelievably easy and our guests RAVED about the donuts!
Sooooo good. Got to watch the ladies make my donuts! So many unique flavors. Loved them all.

Stopped in at the new location in Dalton to see what the fuss was all about. Arrived at 8:20 on a Sunday but I should have been there before 8 as the line was huge. I was given a clipboard that listed all the donuts they have, and I began the difficult task of limiting my selection as everything looked so good. I was able to pick 18 and waited while the donuts were finished in front of me.The staff was all helpful and friendly. Now the donuts were very good, far better than any others on the area. I look forward to my next trip.
Great donut shop; use the clipboards as you go in, fill out your order, pay up front and watch the magic before your eyes. Beats all out of Dunkin’, IMO…
