The donuts are fantastic and the staff is friendly, but really wish the store experience in Dalton was better. Its awkward waiting around (often for 10-15mins) in a big, silent, empty room. Maybe play some music, and have a chalkboard that lists the daily specials so you don't have to ask at the register? It would be great to be able to preorder custom and daily specials online day-of to avoid the store experience entirely - it's the only reason I don't come more...
Good cake doughnuts, they were a little smaller than I was expecting but not an issue. The website ordering could use a better interface, it was confusing and we weren't able to build any custom doughnuts. The order was ready on time and the doughnuts seemed to be fresh. If you are a doughnut fan please give Shire doughnuts a try.
Hands down best donuts we have ever had. My daughter and I had some today and were blown away by the flavor and quality of the donuts. The service was exceptional also. If your in Berkshire County this is a must have, Well worth the wait
