SPONGING Flavorless greasy burger + oily frozen French fries cooked in overused dark oil = BAD RESTAURANT REVIEW :(
We stopped by on a Wednesday night, the restaurant was fairly empty since there was just one table of 4 young people eating chicken wings. It was around 9pm when we made our order and much to our surprise to be presented with the worst meal so far in the Berkshires. The staff was nice and really tried their best to make us happy but to no better, since the second burger was as greasy and flavorless as the first one (that came late and lacked ingredients that were in the menu) some of those ingredients were simply non existan, and others were just from as bad quality as the rest of the meal. Trying to eat this meal was like biting on a big round watery greasy sponge full of oil and fat but no flavor no salt no seasoning, just horrible, I was perplexed with the accomplishment of ruining two consecutive burgers, and let's not even talk about the horrible fries or the rest of the só called primium flavorless ingredients that composed the rest of this artistic kitchen failure. They should be helped, for real not kidding, cause the staff and manager were nice people with good manners.
Thank you for reading. [$16,00 burger]

We rode the bike trail today and stopped in for a great dinner. Wonderful service and food, friendly environment and we were able to sit outside. Thanks Xavier, Warren and Tabatha! We’ll be back!!
Great restaurant! Love the atmosphere, and food is amazing! Staff are friendly; our server Tabatha was very attentive and gave perfect suggestions. Large portions for the price! Such a gem, and a very close drive to mass moca, downtown north Adam’s and MCLA. can’t wait to return!
We had such a lovely meal! The prime rib was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Our server was delightful! The desserts were decadent! A great experience!

Haven't been there yet, tried to get more info on it first but, now it seems that the menu is the menu. If that's that I don't wanna go, no specials ? Same thing everyday ? I wanna try more like the ribs look good but so limited, where's the style around here, thought it was here but same same everyday, give me a break..
Dietary restrictions: That's the thing, that's the only option that I currently like. You have limited options. What that's that ?

I went on Valentine's Day. I ordered the crispy polenta with asparagus and tenderloin beef. Everything was cooked to perfection. The tenderloin was cooked just as I liked it and very well seasoned, the asparagus cooked just right with a little crunch how I like my veggies I don't like them soft and mushy but my favorite was the crispy polenta the flavor and the crispyness was perfection. The staff was very friendly and attentive great customer service. The mood and ambiance was perfect the other customers seemed to really be enjoying themselves as well also.

Had dinner for Valentine’s Day with my fiancé and the food was superb. The ambience was fitting for the evening and the dessert was to die for. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting in the spring and summer
The Firehouse Café is one of those places that keeps innovating. The food is delicious and beautiful. It’s priced fairly and chef Xavier is a very skilled, creative professional. He will come out and seek feedback directly from customers, taking care to accommodate any requests and making sure you feel welcome. With frequent live music and exciting cocktails, this is a spot in Adams you won’t want to miss. Perfect for a group of friends, work colleagues, family or romantic date, the Firehouse Cafe is a fantastic choice and you won’t be disappointed.
