For starters, my husband and I do not eat gluten free diets so with that being said - Jessie made us the MOST incredible wedding cake this past June! She was so attentive and nailed every detail we had discussed. She was patient, kind, and communicated clearly through the whole process! Jessie has done a phenomenal job creating a diverse menu of delicious gluten free items available for our area. I’m always excited to see what she will have for the week. I have been repeatedly impressed by how she has been able to recreate all these goodies with a perfect texture and flavor that even someone who doesn’t eat gluten free would love. My son and I look forward to our weekend treats from The Shire Cottage Bakery!! 🧁
