My husband and I have rented the Captain Charles Leonard House twice and I'm sure we'll be back again! Phil was quick to respond to our request to book our event, helpful with planning, and set up the space as we had planned. He's so wonderful and helpful. We were in Texas looking for a venue for a family gathering. Sight unseen we booked the location. What a pleasant surprise. The venue was perfect for our needs. Josh was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience.

This historical home provided our family a wonderful place for a baby shower. Clean antique surroundings with beautiful grindframed windows overlooking the gardens and shrubbery. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to support a function. We had a fabulous day! Check it out for your next family event.
