Ordered contactless delivery, and apparently, this location requires you to specify that you want them to notify you that it has arrived, and to be specific with how (knock, doorbell, call, etc.), all despite Domino’s policy requiring them to notify consumers of a delivery’s arrival. Instead of owning up to it, apologizing, and offering a replacement, the management immediately placed the blame on me for not specifically telling them to knock. Unfortunately, this was an ok place to get a quick bite when we didn’t have anything for dinner. Decent cheap food. But it only takes one time, one experience to ruin everything. The audacity of this place in responding to a customer service is nearly beyond measure. My wife was spoken to like a child when asking where the food was, as it was taking longer than a normal delivery. It arrived as she was on the phone. Fine, we hung up. last week my boyfriend's friend in Ghana Africa sent me a $200+ order from dominos, cuz I was broke n hungry. The man that delivered it didn't get a tip due to the fact that I was broke. I called today to find out his name n they can't give it out. but he will be taken care of handsomely.
