Tried to order online before getting to the store but then went in to order and we were a little chaotic. Staff were kind and helpful and made sure we got the best deal possible (especially the guy working the dough though I did not get his name). We have spent the day dealing with a sudden family loss so we were a hot mess, but the staff was so patient and pleasant that it made the stop worth it, and our food was great. Thank you guys for helping us out tonight, your great customer service, kindness, and patience was appreciated. Just a reminder we never know what folks are going through but y'all were lovely tonight.

This delivery guy inside the Domino’s came forward to the register and charged me 20.64$ . I had 20.52$ . Every second day , for the last 6 years we buy from here . I had to give him 40$ so he can charge his 64cent , actually .In short he broke my 20$ bill for his 10 cent . I could had given him the whole 20$ bill as a tip but I took my change back so I can have his 10cent for next time .

David runs this place like a military officers or chiefs Club. You walk in and you immediately noticed the cleanliness. With what little room they have, these people have made it look like I've arrived at a small bistro or something. Everything is spotless, windows clean from top to bottom, I'm looking for dirt and finding none, and I'm good. But there's more. There's something intangible happening here. Not only are there seven people working, they all look happy and engaged, and it's very obvious who is the reason. Whatever they are paying this crew they should double it immediately. Well done sir! I have my new domino's, and it will be a pleasure to drive the extra distance to get there. Thank you and God bless Keith

I was called immediately after placing my order and the guy told me it could be at least 1 hour because they were short on drivers. Our food came exactly at the original delivery time. And the food is delicious!

I am absolutely disgusted with the massive DECREASE in the size of my medium pizza and cheese bread stick order. I paid about $27 plus a $5.25 tip to the driver because Domino's charges to deliver, and their driver's don't see a cent from that. I won't down on the employees or the store itself because they're not at fault. I've always encountered very nice delivery driver's and my food is always nice and hot.
However, their slices use to be FULL, with plenty of meat and cheese. And the stuffed cheese bread USE to be just that... stuffed with cheese and it would fill the size of the box it's carried in. Not anymore. I use to feed myself + my 2 sons with the same order but this time around, it wasn't enough. It's a luxury and a privilege to order out for us. And we use to count on Domino's for good pizza and good prices. Not anymore. I will never order from them again.
In the end I understand that prices have increased everywhere, but this is robbery imo. I wish I could post the pictures of the small slices we got and the small loaf of cheese bread. Smaller sizes, higher prices is what you'll get at Domino's. They lost a 10+year customer tonight. 😠

Ordered a deluxe pizza. $19!! I actually measured it. 12" across!! For $20!! Maybe this will help the next unsuspecting customer to not order from here!! There are too many good Pizza Makers in Agawam/ West Springfield to get ripped off by this guy!! NEVER AGAIN AND THE OWNER TOOK CARE OF ME AND DID NOT EVEN SAY THANK YOU OR WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!!
