I used to go to this Dunkin which was 15 out of the way I travel to work for several reasons. First they took the time to make my coffee the correct way (as I actually ordered it), crazy to think someone would actually take the time to make a coffee the it was ordered. They used to mix the coffee not anymore. The service used to be friendly. I’ll need to find another one that will do something as simple as taking the time to make a coffee. Or just go to Starbucks for a couple cents more, to have something so simple made correctly.

The guy making my sandwich was insanely rude and gave me so much attitude. He made my sandwich wrong and didn’t want to remake it so he just took the meat off and tried to hide the fact he was doing it and when I pointed it out he yelled at me. If he remains to work there I am not coming back

Food and drink were standing Dunkin', no surprises there. But the lady at the register completely missed on our order for some reason. My wife and I just picked up some donut holes and asked for a couple coffees before heading back with our kids to to our AirBnB. We just asked for coffee, nothing more, and somehow she interpreted that as iced coffee. It's fine, we drank them anyway, but not quite what we wanted/expected first thing in the morning.

Well, this was my 2nd Dunkin’ Donuts stop of the evening, caus the first one closed 10 mins early. So I made my way from Longmeadow to Agawam.. Just trying to get a cup of coffee. At the window the cashier asks me if I ordered the 4 pistachios and I said no just 2. He acknowledges that the order is incorrect. A minute later another guy gives me my coffee. It’s pretty hot so I can’t taste my first sip. I drive off and 15 minutes and two towns later it cools and I start to drink it. It’s sweeter than a lollipop. He didn’t care to correct the mistaken order. Waste of time and a waste of money. This happens constantly at Dunkin’ Donuts. When am I going to learn my lesson and quit this franchise.

today, approximately at 5.30 pm, my 6 y.o daughter tried to make her first order at drive through. worker who was taking her order laughed at her!!! whoever you were there know , you made her to cry! worst experience of my life!! i just regret i didn't get inside to look at you and ask you to apologize to her! very unprofessionally and rough!
I drive past this location to go to and from work. With that being said, I normally go OUT of my way to go to another Dunkin’ because this one is so terrible. But today I placed a mobile order and immediately regretted it when I got to the location. I sat in the drive-thru for a while and it never moved. I parked, went inside and told them I was waiting on a mobile order. Still took forever to get my two drinks. This location is a joke, never again. I wish I could give zero stars.

Ordered a plain cream cheese bagel and they put egg cheese snd bacon on it. I ordered the loaded hash browns with no cheese but it had cheese. It’s correct on the receipt so I know I didn’t order it wrong. I was very polite when I called and they said they could remake it but I door dashed for a reason.
From experience, The manager isn’t very nice as well. Last time my mom went they said to her that they are wasting food when THE APP put the order thru twice. They throw donuts away everyday so how they gonna say they wasting food?? It isn’t rocket science. Do not come here. They get orders wrong every time.

Every.single. Time, I go to Dunkin which is a lot. I’m always polite and appreciative yet not once have I ever gotten the drink I ordered. It’s always plain latte or whatever in a cup flat lid. NEVER THE WHIPPED CREAM AND OTHER GOOD GOODS I SEE IN THE PICTURE RIGHT ON THE MENU. I does NOT matter what I order it’s always lazily made and not what I paid for! Please step it up Dunkin! It’s not that hard to follow the simple recipe right in front of you 😤
