I think everybody knows this so it’s not worth saying but the coffee doesn’t have a lot and that they used to. They don’t have as much coffee as they used to in the coffee. They barely have any specially in the iced coffee, but everybody probably knows that by now, but the thing that people might not recognize is they don’t have that many seasonal drinks anymore. I used to like Dunkin’ Donuts because they just had a bunch of seasonal drinks like some other coffee places but now when you go there, they don’t even when you ask, they don’t have anything on the menu and that the people at the driveway. Don’t even know what you’re asking, which is weird. The only thing they offer is flavor shots. It’s like they don’t know what you’re talking about.

I used to go to this Dunkin which was 15 out of the way I travel to work for several reasons. First they took the time to make my coffee the correct way (as I actually ordered it), crazy to think someone would actually take the time to make a coffee the it was ordered. They used to mix the coffee not anymore. The service used to be friendly. I’ll need to find another one that will do something as simple as taking the time to make a coffee. Or just go to Starbucks for a couple cents more, to have something so simple made correctly.

The guy making my sandwich was insanely rude and gave me so much attitude. He made my sandwich wrong and didn’t want to remake it so he just took the meat off and tried to hide the fact he was doing it and when I pointed it out he yelled at me. If he remains to work there I am not coming back
Food and drink were standing Dunkin', no surprises there. But the lady at the register completely missed on our order for some reason. My wife and I just picked up some donut holes and asked for a couple coffees before heading back with our kids to to our AirBnB. We just asked for coffee, nothing more, and somehow she interpreted that as iced coffee. It's fine, we drank them anyway, but not quite what we wanted/expected first thing in the morning.

Well, this was my 2nd Dunkin’ Donuts stop of the evening, caus the first one closed 10 mins early. So I made my way from Longmeadow to Agawam.. Just trying to get a cup of coffee. At the window the cashier asks me if I ordered the 4 pistachios and I said no just 2. He acknowledges that the order is incorrect. A minute later another guy gives me my coffee. It’s pretty hot so I can’t taste my first sip. I drive off and 15 minutes and two towns later it cools and I start to drink it. It’s sweeter than a lollipop. He didn’t care to correct the mistaken order. Waste of time and a waste of money. This happens constantly at Dunkin’ Donuts. When am I going to learn my lesson and quit this franchise.
