The agawam location that I went to they need better service the woman didn't add enough mocha to my coffee and so all I could take was coffee grounds they need more positive people there and less attitude towards customers service with a smile.

I ordered a simple coffee with 2 creams and 2 swirls. The girl gives me 6 swirls on top of 4 sugars. Like she was trying to give me diabetes or something.

Ordered a frozen hazelnut coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Got a hot coffee and a cold bagel with cream cheese. My kid ordered a frozen matcha latte, which is in the app. Was told that there was not such a drink and she had to accept the iced one. When I asked to have my drink switched to the frozen as I ordered, was given an attitude.
Recommended dishes: Bacon & Cheddar Omelet Bites, Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread, Egg and Cheese, Avocado Toast
Absolutely rude customer service to me and the woman in front of me. I will be choosing a new coffee and breakfast place, even though they’re on my way to work. The manager did not even want to fix their staff’s attitude, the whole experience was just bad

Went there today and ordered a iced chi late with almond milk and a frozen chocolate. Received iced late and frozen coffee. I can't even drink a regular late because espresso does not agree with my stomach and my daughter doesn't like coffee.. Tried to call and no one answered. Great customer service..
