Worst fast food restaurant experience I've ever had. We were given confusing, rude, and condescending demands by their cashiers to use a different register....back and forth. Then our orders were messed up 3 different ways as they were taken by ear, the blonde who eventually took our order was nice, but we weren't given knives and cream cheese. Another employee slapped our order in front of us and rudely said "here you go". Then a purple haired employee gave my girlfriend a angry look and practically growled at her. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and after almost an hour of waiting they still didn't bring it to the desk. I had to go back and re-order it and they charged me a second time while insultingly looking at me and using a harsh tone saying "ready to pay?". I will never dine at that lowly establishment again, do not recommend!!!

ordered a churro latte and an avocado toast, got my latte and it was fantastic but i got my toast and there was no bacon on it,it didn’t taste good either. service was a 5/10 we had a new guy take our order which was fine but the girl who made the food was very annoyed with us ordering it and gave a bad attitude.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!! Waited 20 mins in drive thru, then another 10 mins at the window. The guy handing me my coffee acted like he was high on something..said nothing to me, and my coffee was spilled all over, and they walked away just as I was about to ask for napkins. They are very understaffed! They give attitude when they mess up your order and have to remake it. This place used to be good, but it's gone downhill FAST. Save yourself the trouble!! ??

This place just literally charged me 9+ dollars for a large coffe and some snack and bacon when I ordered two large coffees and snack and bacon then when I asked why it was so much and and I’m not getting my second coffee they said I didn’t order it now mind you I come here multiple times a day so when I was ordering they said do you want your other coffee which would of made it two because I had already ordered the first one and I said yes be weary of the short little old women in this location she’s super rude and will legit over charge you for something you bought and then notGive you it

Every employee has an attitude. They took my order and got mad when they get it wrong. The icing on the cake was sour milk in my coffee. Dunkin needs to up their standards. I won’t be going back.
This ruined my day to choclate and no chocolate oh thare it is stuck to the inside of the bag.

I mean yeah they're stuff is good but their staff is super unprofessional. They sometimes get my drinks completely wrong and they huff about having to remake it or anyone elses drinks. As well as the unprofessional conversations they have to each other and talking bad about different sexualities than themselves. It's really disgusting and I feel like I have to rush myself to get my food and get out. Do better.
