After an employee here made a mistake with our order, simply by misreading what we had actually purchased, she was rude to my girlfriend and said “sorry you didn’t get what you ordered.” The employee was the one who misread our order, but rather than escalating the situation (which the employee made worse) we decided to leave. Maybe instead of getting angry at customers, the employees should just try to take a second to listen and correct an incredibly minor mistake.

By far the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to me but I regret it every time I go there. Rude people, cold coffee, cold sandwiches and my hash browns just looked like someone tried to make mashed potatoes with them. How this has been allowed to go on there for so long is mind boggling.

I was given my 3 cold hash browns in my cold bagel twist bag. My bagel twist was thrown on my donut crushing it and getting donut on my bagel twist. Also I did a walk in order and they ended up being drive through only. This isn’t the first time they always mess up my food either. I will be driving the extra 5 minutes to go to the other dunkin on Main Street.

Ordered a drink and food at the drive thru. I paid for a drink and then was handed the wrong drink, when asking for the right drink they refused to make it and tried to charge me more for an alternative when they charged for a drink I didn’t order instead of telling me they couldn’t make it to begin with. Employees were very rude.

Paid for caramel macchiato, in a few minutes I was notified that the machine is not working and they cannot make it. I asked for a refund and they didn’t know how to do it, so I left with no coffee and no one back.

Classic example of a franchise owner who has no concern for the quality of the brand they represent. Not only is the customer service here the worst I have ever seen, apparently those making drinks cannot read. Over the last week, I have ordered, sticker is correct on the cup, ingredients inside of said cup were completely wrong. Java Stop is the way to go if you want good people and a coffee made right the first time!!!

I haven't been to this location in a long time. I decided to go today to get a couple things, and when I ordered at the drive thru the woman taking the order sounded miserable and annoyed. I ordered, and got up to the window. The kid that was there was extremely rude, and instead of gently handing it to me like every other one I've gone to he forcefully pushed it into my hand. I've never been to a place with customer service THIS rude and awful. I NEVER leave reviews, but this place needs to hire people who are more friendly, and who don't act like everyone who comes to order stuff is a burden because they actually had to get out of bed.

I was in the drive thru ordering food and I had to think of what I wanted and then the manager told me that I’m holding up the line and taking forever to order so they made me order inside of the store. The manager and the workers are so rude and fresh. When they gave me my food they threw it on the counter and slid it hard to me. They are so rude I would suggest not to go to the Dunkin Donuts in feeding hills ma.
