I will never return and drive the extra 5 minutes.

Every time I come here I get an attitude. More than one time they just don’t put creamer in my coffee I’m ordering inside so the drive thru speaker isn’t the issue. Today I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso. I took a sip, and the milk was spoiled. Even the person I was with agreed. When I took it up to the counter to exchange all I got was an attitude. The manager just looked and said “Are milk ain’t spoiled!” “Just make him a new one.” Worst service at any dunkin I’ve been too.

3/12/25 - stood at the counter for 10 minutes while being ignored. The guy behind me says something & the comment made by the lovely lady working is 'they can wait'. Great service... won't be returning.

Newer location. Their competition is Mrs. Murphys donuts and several other nearby locations that serve breakfast. I use it as a backup if the others are busy.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This food was absolutely unacceptable. They are rude and pushy in the drive thru. They asked my order 3 times at the speaker and STILL messed up my drink. And THIS..this is what I got. 2 egg and cheese wraps. How do they think this is ok?! I will NEVER order from here again. Complete incompetence.

After an employee here made a mistake with our order, simply by misreading what we had actually purchased, she was rude to my girlfriend and said “sorry you didn’t get what you ordered.” The employee was the one who misread our order, but rather than escalating the situation (which the employee made worse) we decided to leave. Maybe instead of getting angry at customers, the employees should just try to take a second to listen and correct an incredibly minor mistake.

This is absolutely horrible cold hash browns cashier was great manager absolutely horrible they just smashed my sandwich and add cheese when no cheese requested absolutely unacceptable started getting hostile and cursing at us in Spanish wouldn’t go back

By far the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to me but I regret it every time I go there. Rude people, cold coffee, cold sandwiches and my hash browns just looked like someone tried to make mashed potatoes with them. How this has been allowed to go on there for so long is mind boggling.
the worst dunkin in agawam. always missing items, cold food, and trash coffee. the employees are miserable and they take it out on you. hope this place shuts down honestly.

I was given my 3 cold hash browns in my cold bagel twist bag. My bagel twist was thrown on my donut crushing it and getting donut on my bagel twist. Also I did a walk in order and they ended up being drive through only. This isn’t the first time they always mess up my food either. I will be driving the extra 5 minutes to go to the other dunkin on Main Street.
