I’ve went to this restaurant 3 times! Everytime I eat here my stomach always starts to hurt after. Last time I’ve been here was back in 2023 and when I ate the food my stomach was hurting. I went to the restaurant today and I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and I ate. After I ate, my stomach started to hurt again I think there is something wrong with particular foods. But everytime I come here my stomach starts to hurt so I don’t think this could be a coincidence. I usually sit in the back where the kitchen is, I can’t tell that the floors were dirty but other than that, that’s just one concern. Though, the employees are really really sweet and respectful and they try and check up on you and it’s everytime I come the employees are still nice which is one thing I do appreciate and respect.

We always get the 50 piece bone in wings in the 24k and garlic Parmesan flavors with a side of fries for our 2 adult 4 kid family. I also use the $5 off coupon on their website and I am also on their loyalty program. My favorite wing flavor is the 24k. We went when there was 2 other tables and they had been served already. Surprisingly we still had to wait a long time for our food. So the cooks are slow. They do have the best wings. The wait staff kind of seems miserable being there.
I would like to tell you how grateful I am to the owner of this restaurant my daughter was at a event a 413 youth games let's make a deal founder Qualina Lewis, E.B's donate a nice size voucher that my daughter had won so she treated me and herself and the food was awesome I will be back thank you so much I wish the owner sees this .thank and God bless you 💖

Went three times recently. After not going for years. All three times the food was quite good. Giving atmosphere only one star due to condition of back area leading to restrooms. Dark, filthy, very grimy floor and walls that look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. Unpleasant smell, bucket of dirty water and garbage right in pathway. Doubtful that area would pass an inspection. If an area that the public passes through is that bad, how clean is the kitchen? We probably won't be back.

The food is absolutely amazing,I had the shepherds pie it had the perfect home made taste I felt like I was at my house the employees were very efficient and curdiece. If I could rate this higher I would.

My family has been ordering from EB's for years and they never disappoint! The staff is wonderful and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Chance is always friendly and helpful to us with our take out orders. If you're looking for wings, want to watch a game or enjoy some family dining, this is the place! We HIGHLY recommend their bone-in wings.
So i been living in the 413 all my life and in the westside/agawam area the last 4 years and while i heard of eb's i never took the time to stop in...lately felt i been missing out so i stopped in one day and ordered the red hot ranch wings and i was in heaven....ordered again the next week and got 5 red hot ranch wings again and the gold wings and, yeah, yiu just gotta be there....as much as i love my wings from christophers and wings over, it didn't take me long to realize why eb's is at the top for what they do
Their portions and wide range of flavors are just different and they do literally everything in house, also very nice people.....will go again most definitely and all i gotta say is that whatever you get will be made with love and its just different

Our family ordered a large to go order this evening for dinner. When we got home, we noticed our order was missing one item and a few sauces… which we totally understand, it happens! Immediately the situation was made right. My husband returned to the restaurant to pick up the missing item and sauces and was met with a sincere apology and given a gift card for the inconvenience. We totally did not expect the gift card, a sincere apology and missing item would have been enough. However, this type of customer services speaks volumes about the business they run. The food was delicious - we had everything from bone in and boneless wings (buffalo, teriyaki, garlic parm) to grinders (meatball & steak and cheese) onion rings, twister fries … all of which was great. We will most definitely be going back to EB’s soon. Highly recommend you give them a try!

I went to sit at the bar and the bartender Shelly was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever met. She is so nasty and just not attentive to the customers. Also my beer from the tap was probably 40% foam. I would say sit in the restaurant if you want good service but even the waitress is nasty and acts like it’s an issue to be served by her
