First let me inform you all that I am NOT vegan but went there with my wife who is. This place is small and cute but the flavor of the food is BIG and AMAZING. The people are super friendly and you can see they put their heart into everything. I ordered a chicken Philly which was unbelievable, my wife got the Philly Vsteak also amazing and the loaded fries was a hit. Can’t recommend this place enough. A++

Great experience! Got a few things, definitely recommend the Flaming Tenders! I got the Cali Gold sauce and it was really yummy. The employee who assisted us during our order was super kind. You can tell everything is made with lots of love. Kudos to the chef!

I went into the establishment one Sunday and asked for spaghetti with meatballs. He cooked everything while I waited. Once I received the food it was hot, fresh and simply amazing not to mention the portion was big. It exceeded my expectations. The presentation was beautifully done. What stood out most for me was the service that I received. From the minute I walked in The Establishment it was A1. I highly recommend this place.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with this place! I came in craving a vegan burger, and it blew me away — the flavors were so incredible that I had to come back and explore more of the menu. The vegan chicken tenders were a spot-on play on the real thing — extra crunchy, super flavorful, and perfect with the Gold California sauce. On my next visit, I tried the vegan Philly cheesesteak, and wow… it brought me right back to those delicious, cheesy cheesesteaks I used to love before going vegan. The flavors here are out of this world — it honestly takes discipline not to come every single day.

I was in town on business & this food had me seriously thinking about moving!!! I was so happy to find a vegan place nearby I ate here 3 times & the food is amazing!! I’m writing this from a food coma after eating an entire order of loaded fries. Everything I’ve tried (and I ate here 3 days running) was amazing. It’s totally worth a special trip, you locals are lucky!

Dude I'm sorry everyone was really nice but the prices are crazy for frozen food they just make in the back. It's like 20$ for a big slice of tomato with morning star bacon you can get at a grocery store (BLT) it took like 40 minutes to get some frozen fries going that were like half cooked. This ain't real healthy vegan food it's just frozen stuff.

Atmosphere is a home away from home. And if you’re not into that, Flame on Vegan’s got your back. Each order comes in a takeout container, so visit the local Court Square for some greenery. Then again, they’ve got plants inside too!
Owners are just incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and just good souls. You name it, they've got it. Extra ketchup? Done! Napkins? Done! Another meal cuz it was so good the first time? Done!
Room for improvement? Better fryer ventilation, and maybe host some type of free samples by MGM (not sure what regulations are), or share your small business story on Western Mass News/22 News!
