3rd chance ..now not going back.. Ordered to go and it was awful. Chicken so burnt/crispy it was impossible to chew. It's as if the oil isn't changed often enough so the chicken is hard, dark and chewy. Barely any sauce especially if you order honey mustard.

The one star is for the kitchen and the to go ordering, whats the main dish they serve, chicken just about every time we get a salad with chicken its messed up wrong flavor or burnt, and sometimes had hot chicken put directly on salad knowing its to go. My wife likes the salad there, I would recommend getting at restaurant not too go. And check your food before you leave, that is someone being lazy and not caring.
Edit: I reached out via email immediately when instructed to do so and still have not heard back.My friend and I ordered take out a few weeks ago. We made it very clear over the phone of my dietary restrictions/allergies (gluten free, not by choice). I ordered a salad with an extra side of dressing and no croutons (due to my allergy). The salad had croutons in it and no extra dressing, although I was charged for the extra dressing. My friend called about this. The manager said there were new staff and offered to have a new one made. We declined since we were already home. Then, all that was offered was a restaurant credit for the cost of the incorrect order. Allergies/dietary restrictions need to be taken seriously and the customer service needs to be better.

Wings Over style chicken...what a decadent treat! Boneless wings are the best around!!Parking: DON'T park on side street to the left of the building even to run in for to-go food... creates unhappy neighbors.

I would advise people to never order from the Hangar in Agawam. The wrong person picked up our Door dash order. So when our driver went our food was not there. The Hangar refused to remake our order that we never got. It was the Hangars fault for giving our order to another driver and not remaking it even though it was their mistake. Check out other restaurants for better service
