I'll start by saying I can't comment on the atmosphere I ordered out. But when I called to discuss/complain about how I ordered a rare prime rib but I instead got very well done prime rib... Portion size is pretty good and the mashed potatoes pretty good.. but between the excuses and the bad service over the phone and the lack of responsibility and accountability, as well as the incompetence of not being able to tell rare from overcooked I think it's awful and then I can't even get an honest refund back.

horrible la esperiencia comida no good para nada

We tried again after a dreadful experience service wise and it was worse than last time. The food is great but the wait staff we have had each time was the worst I have experienced anywhere. You have to go seek your own drinks out or wait the twenty minutes if you want. Our waitress was high on something when she introduced herself. Eyes shut and shot and that should have been my warning this was going to be another rough one. Get the food to go or find another place. LITERALLY any other place will treat you better for your hard earned money your spending.

The food was unseasoned waiter was terrible and had attitude the waiter threw the money at a young girl I recommended no family comes here if I could give zero starts I would.

the food was really hood the service was also really good and the atmosphere was cute the one thing i didnt like was that the drinks were extremy watered down. i ordered a long island iced tea and it was so watery it was actually gross. if you sit at the tavle just get a beer

Wish I could share my experience but at 7:15pm on a Wednesday, I was not able to order. Why? Im still not sure. They were slow she said...so no food. Ummm...what?? No wonder this place isn't gonna make it. Unreal.

Visited Kaptain Jimmy’s Seafood in Agawam and ordered the seafood platter with a side of creamy risotto. The portion size was generous and definitely enough to share, but overall the food was just okay.

The biggest thing for me was the lack of flavor. The fried seafood wasn’t very seasoned and also leaned more soggy than crispy, which took away from the experience. I was really hoping for that crunchy, well-seasoned bite you expect from a seafood platter.

The risotto was creamy but pretty bland, it didn’t really stand out or add much to the plate.

Overall, the food was edible but didn’t wow me. If you prefer bold flavor and extra crispiness, this might not be your go to. I may try something different next time, but this order didn’t hit for me.

Came here after just moving to Agawam. Very big restaurant with all types of seating and food options available. The Mexican menu was very good, and the drinks were tasty. Staff was really nice and service was fast. Definitely have to go back and try more of their food!

The food wasnt great for the price it was charged, I paid $112 dollars for 2 apetizers and two main Mexican dish and gratuity was added no questions asked. Waitress came by the table once after dinner was served and then at checkout thats it this place use to be good years ago not anymore.
