Absolutely awful. The customer service was rude unprofessional and dismissive, the food was disgusting, and the entire place felt like it didn’t care about customers at all. Nothing was done right. Complete waste of money and time. Not sure what was worse the rude customer service or the food that tasted like it was made with zero care. Do better.

Cleansiness.-This restaurant was absolutely in pristine condition and very clean.
Atmosphere.- very pleasing mexican decor, complete with mexican background music
Service- very nice and friendly. Speed of service wasent bad at all. Just a few minutes for my food.
Food- I had the burria vampiros Tacos with a side of Mexican street corn. The food came out hot and fresh. The portions were a sizable and gave value for my money spent. I Left feeling satisfied and full.
I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK HERE, YOU SHOULD SWING BY AND GIVE THIS RESTAURANT A TRY. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!

Wonderful place. And also loved the maze to the bathroom. I actually felt like a Luchdore wrestler was going to offer me candy back there. Anyway loved the food. Second time here this is better than any Mexican cuisine restaurant I’ve ever been. Definitely coming back with more people.

I ordered takeout and one of my items was missing . They said they could only offer store credit even though I ordered through their direct website. I asked for the money to be refunded to my card (not a cash payment!l) yet Macho Taco said the only option is store credit
This is in reference to the macho taco located inside MGM Springfield. The beans are so bland and flavorless, they screwed up my first order and had to redo it, the chips are good with a unique flavoring, but the burrito bowl itself was dry, with bland flavorless refried beans and missing components that were listed on the menu as being part of the burrito bowl (chimichanga sauce, etc). I won’t be returning.

THE FOOD IS AMAZING !! We came because of a recommendation from our car sales person and are so thrilled we chose to come. The food was incredible and the service was great. We tried the chicken tamales, carne asada fries and birria vampiros tacos. We then came a few nights later and tried the elote in a bowl, a fish taco and pork tamales, everything was delicious and the prices were really great. Best place for birria tacos, highly recommend!
