Had to take minute to say it was me and wife's first time but we loved it! We had chicken parm over Panei and it was fantastic. Our waitress was attentive and had a great vibe. Will come again and for sure recommending to go.
Thought this place was going to be great, crowded at 8:00 p.m. The swordfish entree came with five small stringy asparagus stalks and frozen French fries represented as steak fries This was a $26.00 entree. Meatball parm appetiser = two meatballs =$15.00. The meatballs were pretty good. The cheesecake dessert came with frozen strawberries. The one waitress was totally over her head. I won't be back
This place is small, which reminds me of Bostons North end/Italian neighborhood restaurants, but food is same quality and wmass doesn't have to drive 1.5 hours to get there!
Service is excellent and food is so INCREDIBLE you should, at the very leas tot, order food to go if small spaces are an issue. Oh and its BYO wine so its budget-wise!!

Call to make an order no answer so I drive to the restaurant figuring they’re just busy and can’t answer the phone. I show up and they’re not even open when it’s 25 minutes past what’s posted on Google as the open time clearly their website needs to be updated.

I'll start with the positive.
The Alfredo was probably one of the best I have ever tried, but my dining partner got basic pasta with sausage. After eating some of the sausage, we notice it was still raw in the middle.
The waitress had the kitchen remake the whole dish. The pasta itself was fine. Why not leave the pasta so my companion could at least eat with the rest of us.
The kitchen then thought it was a good idea to slice her new sausage in half length wise for them "to cook faster." You guessed it, they over cooked it and it was horrible. I guess they could have had a bad night, but who does that when cooking sausage?
We just asked them to forget it at that point and asked them to just take it off the bill, which they did do.
As good as the Alfredo was, we won't be going back.

I love this place. The people that work here are kind. The food is delicious
I ordered three large pizzas as a pick up order. As I entered the building, I heard the owner (Michael) yelling about to his staff that there are no more large pizzas. After paying, Michael approached me and was extremely rude while asking if I ordered the three large pizzas. He thought it was a great idea to remind me that "This is not a pizza shop." I will be discouraging friends, family, and all else not to visit this establishment or support it in any fashion.

The food was really good and hot. It was my first time ordering and I did take out. I got the Cajun shrimp and scallop Alfredo, it was definitely spicy but taste good, I do wish there were a few more pieces of scallop and shrimp literally just two more of each.. I also try the pizza because I’m on a pizza hunt in Massachusetts. The pizza was good, definitely will go back again especially for the pasta!

Agawam's hidden gem. I had believed this place to be closed. They are definitely open and doing really well. They have moved to a new location, 291 springfield st, still in Agawam. "Pasta in the pan" is here to stay. Nice little classy Italian restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Luv places like this, with real plates, glasses ?, utensils. Nice atmosphere, the waitress was very attentive and food is delicious. Large parking lot and the place is kept clean, inside and out. If you're on a diet, this is not the place for you. The servings are big, and I found it hard to put the fork down because it tasted so good. All being said, I look forward to my next visit, and I know you will too.

Poor business and owner overall. If you’ve visited any of his other places that have gone out of business, it’s more likely than not you’ve heard him yelling at his staff.Treats guest just as poor. Will take your money but gossip about you once you leave.Don't waste your time or money.
