Absolutely love scoops! Family run, dog friendly. Tons of soft serve flavors, a good selection of hard serve as well! Reasonably priced, staff is always so friendly, and shop is clean! We love the walk up window option.
Excellent place to stop for ice cream! They have a large variety of soft serve flavors as well as fun and unique flavors of hard ice cream. Their sundaes are incredible as well. The staff was friendly and their atmosphere had a retro 50s/80s vibe with classic decor as well as some old school video games to play. Fun for the whole family! Excellent job Scoops of Agawam!

I got espresso soft serve. It was great My friend also got coconut and something else So it tastes like an almond joy. She liked it also. However, we're very confused on there Only being one soft serve machine. So how much cross-contamination is going on? Good thing we're not allergic to much.... Also, we were the only 2 people that were not asked if we wanted a punch card, they literally gave it to a bunch of children, but not 2 grown adults very disappointed, probably won't be coming back for multiple reasons.

My only complaint is the potion of ice cream that I received for the price that was paid. I ordered a medium cup, but I wanted a large. I guess the large cup size option is not available. So I got a medium soft served. The cup was light, it was only half way served ? Basically $7 dollars for half a cup of ice cream and NO toppings (which I know cost an additional) I’m a local, I’ve been here before last summer!
I just hope that next time I can get a portion that is worth the cost. Besides that the ice cream here is great!
