Coffee is good however watch your bill. 3 different occasions this particular location added a $5 tip without my knowledge and by mistake. I called them out and they acted stupid, but the third time around it seemed to be non coincidental. They don’t ask you if you want a receipt and adjust the amount when they see you’re paying with the credit card. I brought it up to the manager and they brushed it off and offered to give me money back. Unfortunate because nice location otherwise!
MUSIC IS WAYYYY TOO LOUD!!!!
Everything is great except the fact then when I’m sitting down trying to have a conversation or focus on my work the music is just blasting and makes it hard to enjoy my time there.
PLEASE JUST TURN IT DOWN IN THE SEATING AREA

Sandwiches comes cold, service sucks, extra ice drinks comes without ice. How come agawam starbucks is worse than any other around.
Just had the worst mocha latte of my life. It was so sweet I threw it out. Tasted like I was drinking pure chocolate syrup without even a hint of espresso. Service was fast and now I wonder if it's because they just didn't put any espresso shots in my nearly $7 mocha. What a waste of money.

I have been to this store quite a few times and they are not consistent with my drink order. I feel like I have to go to another store to have it fix. In the mornings i usually get what I ask for but in the afternoons it always seems to be more milk than coffee. I hope this helps with making their service better. I will probably defer to another location for a while until this is fixed. I provided photos of the difference in orders.

I am starbucks biggest fan, I try to go to starbucks in every state. I went to this location starbucks in massachusetts, and I was astonished. The worker by the name of Jenna had a horrible attitude, as if I did something against her. This has never happened to me before at any location. I am very disappointed to say the least. Starbucks needs to do better hiring, Jenna, I’m very disappointed.

Customer service at this location is shot. I walk in, several customers at the tables, no one waiting near the order counter, a couple of orders on the pick-up board, and an empty drive through. 3 employees (that I could see) slowly milling about, chit chatting amongst themselves, adjusting their aprons, fidgeting, and doing other random, absolutely unnecessary tasks. At least none more important than taking care of a customer waiting to place an order. One of them even made brief eye contact with me but then turned away and continued their conversation.
I stood there, waiting to be greeted for several long minutes before deciding I didn’t need a drink THAT badly. Not if it meant I’d have to tolerate being treated like I’m invisible and not worth their time.
I walked out.
Based on the reviews, my experience isn’t a one off. Management, do your job. Equip your employees with basic customer service skills or at the very least raise your hiring standards if you don’t want to make the effort it requires to train your staff. And please take customer concerns seriously.

Have standard number of people working but yet wait time is out of control. Corporate Management needs to get this under control.

Starbucks is always Starbucks qoe. Drinks are great. Expensive of course. Lately, I get one then make my own after figuring out the ingredients. Much cheaper.
