I use to go to this starbucks all the time but I went there once and had a problem with the manager then everytime after that he messed with my order. So now I drive past this one and go to Springfield where everything is made just the way you want it and the service is great

Meeting Ramona, the drive thru attendant has been such a wonderful experience. Every morning that my son Kyle and I socialize with her always makes our day. Not only is she sociable but makes our order absolutely perfect every time. Ramona makes our day worth while. There should be more like her. If I could rate this like the worst place to go I would just order 2 venti strawberry açaí and one of the cups had a pice of full human hair in it it is disgusting 🤮 and I would not recommend this place ever staff is the word and very rude mostly the girls tho the costumers would not ever go there again.

I am so mad they don’t have the oatmilk pecan latte i’m no longer a starbucks customer -a very (old) valued customer
Coffee is good however watch your bill. 3 different occasions this particular location added a $5 tip without my knowledge and by mistake. I called them out and they acted stupid, but the third time around it seemed to be non coincidental. They don’t ask you if you want a receipt and adjust the amount when they see you’re paying with the credit card. I brought it up to the manager and they brushed it off and offered to give me money back. Unfortunate because nice location otherwise!

Everything is great except the fact then when I’m sitting down trying to have a conversation or focus on my work the music is just blasting and makes it hard to enjoy my time there.

Just had the worst mocha latte of my life. It was so sweet I threw it out. Tasted like I was drinking pure chocolate syrup without even a hint of espresso. Service was fast and now I wonder if it's because they just didn't put any espresso shots in my nearly $7 mocha. What a waste of money.
