I recently visited Sultan Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a mixed bag. The food was average, earning 3 out of 5 stars from me. However, what really left a sour taste was the unexpected charge for Turkish Tea after the meal. In Turkish culture, it's a long-standing tradition for the host to serve tea or coffee as a sign of hospitality, complimentary and without charge. To be billed for it felt like a departure from this warm and welcoming custom.

I recently visited Sultans for a family-style dinner with a group of 13, and it was a delightful experience. Upon arrival, the presence of a Turkish grandma bustling in and out of the kitchen set the tone for an authentic meal. We enjoyed three platters brimming with lamb and chicken, which were more than sufficient for our group. The salad was notably fresh, enhancing our meal with its crispness, and the hummus was exceptional, tastefully garnished with paprika and oil for a genuine Turkish flavor.The highlight of our dinner, however, was the meat. Despite our modest expectations, each piece was tender and beautifully caramelized, which was quite impressive. The bread was so addictive that I would visit again just to enjoy it. The decor and music added to the authentic Turkish ambiance, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend Sultans for anyone looking for quality Turkish cuisine. I'm definitely looking forward to returning.

Food was delicious and server was lovely. The bread prior to the meal was amazing, great texture and flavor and brought to the table warm. Mixed grill was a great value and the chicken kebab in particular was tender, moist and flavorful.Shepard salad and lamb kebab for me was outstanding.
The food was great, staff was very friendly, and the restaurant itself was very clean and beautiful. We are from Boston but would definitely travel out here again just for this restaurant.
Dined here for the first time today and had an excellent lunch with wonderful service. We sampled the bread basket, carrot salad, chef’s special soup, lamb & beef kebabs, Kazan Dibi, Kunefe, Chuburek and Samsa - all of it delicious!

It is perfectly decorated, no detail was forgotten. It is open and inviting. The chairs are comfortable too! The food is decadent and the Turkish coffee is absolutely Devine! I would recommend this place to anyone.
